Perfect Southern California vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just concluded our seventh Solana Beach trip (we are visiting family and friends every year) and it was perfect, including weather which can be tricky in early spring. Stubbs as usual was very helpful and accommodated our late arrival without any issues. Also the complex entry and individual units entry was converted to an electronic (code based) access which was very convenient.Unit is a very spacious with two large bedrooms, living room and dining room, and two balconies. Kitchen is very well equipped with all new and very high-quality appliances; all the dishes and kitchen implements if you want to cook. Or you can go out and enjoy almost unlimited choice of restaurants in the area. One of our favorites is Fish Market on Villa De La Valle right off the exit from highway. It is both a fish market and a restaurant. I am almost ready to start looking for the trip next year.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I recently spent the first month of our retirement at a Stubbs Rental property in Solana, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice.The apartment was immaculately clean upon our arrival, which was a wonderful start to our new chapter. Its proximity to the sea was a major highlight – we loved being able to easily access the beach whenever we wanted. The location overall was excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area and enjoying all that Solana has to offer.We highly recommend Stubbs Rental for their well-maintained properties and prime locations. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
