Summary:

Newly Constructed Executive Town with 4 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms located in the Crosswinds Community across from Blue Mountain Village.



The Space:

This spacious townhome provides an open concept main floor making it ideal for hanging out with your entire group. Feel free to cozy up on the 2 large comfy couches to relax and watch TV. The kitchen is overlooking the living / dining area with plenty of seating options for your entire group between the dining table and bar. There is a bonus room off the main entrance that features two love seats around a gas fireplace with large windows making it feel bright and airy. There is also a laundry room on the main floor including washer and dryer for you to use during your stay.



The second floor features a primary bedroom with a king sized bed. TV, seating area and ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower and standalone bath tub. The second bedroom features a king bed with a TV. The third bedrooms features a queen sized bed and the forth bedroom features 2 double beds. The second floor also includes an additional bathroom with shower bathtub combo.



Head down or send the kids down to the unfinished basement to play some ping pong and darts. Step outside and you'll find a gas BBQ to use during your stay.

Getting Around:

The unit comes with parking for 3 cars. There is a designated driveway spot that fits 2 cars and an additional 1 parking spot in the garage. As guests of the property you have access to on demand shuttle service to Blue Mountain Village.



The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5-10 minute walk or 1 minute drive from the property. You are within a 10-15 minute drive to surrounding Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.

Other Things to Note:

Maximum Occupancy

You must not have more than 10 people (including children) in the property. This rule is strictly enforced, fines between $500 -$1000 can be issued by by-law if the occupancy limit is exceeded.



There is parking for a maximum of 3 cars. The Garage MUST be used as one of the 3 parking spaces along with the driveway must park the additional 2 cars. This is a requirement of the STA licence Bi-Law and must be followed or risk of getting a ticket or bi-law infraction.

I highly recommend this property. The townhouse is modern and extremely clean. Property is situated in an ideal location. The host was attentive and customer service oriented. The beds and linens were comfortable and fresh. The very large flat screen TV in the living room was conducive for watching our favourite sports team. I would definitely return to this property.

Ideal Residence for our needs

We are Golfers and have rented in the past 3 years different homes,based on the courses that we want to play.Not only is Joseph and Steph's home very close to the 3 courses that we chose to play, but the photos are indicative of the interior of the Residence. We are 3 adults, (my wife and I plus her nephew) and were impressed with the bedrooms that we slept in. All the necesary amenities were available for us in the kitchen. I believe that the majority of Townhomes are for rent on this street and we would chose this home based on it's location. It's the end unit, so more visibility to the side and the driveway is not shared plus the interior is clean and modern.Joseph was accessible if we needed any assistance however checking in and out was seamless. We did eat at 2 of the restaurants that he had included on his recommended list and returned to one twice.Should we decide to return to play Golf in this area again, I will not have to look too hard to chose the Residence that we would like to stay at.Thank you Joseph and Steph.
