The Space:
View to Blue is a spacious 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom second level unit that sleeps 9. This unit has been completely renovated and styled by the owners and no details have been forgotten. If you are looking for a luxury vacation rental at Blue Mountain, look no further and come stay here.
The primary bedroom features a King bed, TV and private ensuite bathroom with shower / tub combo. The second bedroom on the top floor features two Queen Beds, TV and lounge area. There is an additional bathroom on the bedroom level with stand up shower. Need a little more sleeping space upstairs? There is a flip couch in the open area at the top of the stairs. The third bedroom is located off the kitchen / living room area and features a Queen Bed and TV with easy access to the powder bathroom.
The main living area is bright, and spacious with stunning views of the Blue Mountain Ski Hills and Monterra Golf Course. The open concept kitchen, living room, dining room area make it perfect for hanging out with your family and friends. The full size kitchen allows you to cook meals with ease and move to the large dining table and bar area to eat. Feel free to cozy up on the couch and enjoy the gas fireplace and TV with cable and log into your own Netflix and Apps. In the nicer months, step outside to BBQ, and relaxing on the private patio with views. In the summer months enjoy the 2 minute walk to the Sierra Lane community swimming pool.

Located in the Sierra Lane Community adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. This unit backs onto the Monterra Golf Course with views of the Blue Mountain Ski Hills. There is a community outdoor seasonal pool open in the summer months for guests to use during their stay.
Getting Around:
There is one designated parking spot for the unit and visitor parking for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis.
The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5 minute walk, or 1 minute drive away. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.
** Pool towels are not provided, please remember to bring your own **
Sierra Lane Community is undergoing renovations to the exterior of each building. Residents may experience construction noise in the community from May to November, on weekdays. Please note that construction work for the exterior of the building housing unit 221 will take place in the Summer/Fall of 2025 (tentative dates: July to September). Scaffolding may be set up on the decks outside, making them unusable during this period.
