Imagine a super large, cozy vacation home nestled in the heart of Blue Mountain Ski Resort, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Four bedrooms with 2 King beds.

This expansive retreat boasts multiple levels to provide the utmost relaxation and tranquility. The home features 4.5 spacious bathrooms.

Our Sauna and Entertainment basement is ready for guests' enjoyment. Walk to the Village or take a Free Shuttle Bus. Walk to Outdoor Heated Pool (Seasonal June-September) in 1 minute.


The highlight of the home is the luxurious sauna, where you can unwind and rejuvenate after a day of outdoor adventures or simply enjoy the peace and serenity of your surroundings.

The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing delicious meals, and a large dining area offers ample space for family or group gatherings.

Our house features:

- A beautiful and luxurious private Sauna

- Movie nights with our 95" Projector screen for your group's enjoyment

- Entertainment area like no other homes in the area including Foosball table, Pool table, Air Hockey table, Arcade and Darts

- Four Large bedrooms with the master bedroom having a view of Blue Mountains

- Master bedroom has King bed

3rd bedroom has 2 Queen beds

4th bedroom has Queen bed

- Five Bathrooms with 3 large showers, one full bath/tub and one powder room

- The kitchen overlooks your dining area which features a beautiful 3-piece wooden dining set seating up to 10 guests

- Our cozy family room will also keep your family entertained with a huge 65 inch 4K TV, PS4 system or Wii U system and a fireplace. Or you can enjoy the view of our peaceful backyard with full use of the BBQ (season permitted)

- our coffee and teas and your basic cooking needs

- tons of board games to entertain your family

- use of some bicycles to explore the town

- the use of BBQ Grill (weather and seasonal permitted)

- shuttle bus is available seven days a week for all shuttle stop locations around the Blue Mountain Resort Mountain inclusive

- We have an outlet, inside the garage, to use for EV charging but guests must bring their own charger

- Community Heated Outdoor Swimming Pool (June - September TBA). Lifeguards may or may not be on duty. Opening and Closing of the Pool is out of our control and may change/update last minute.


**** The backyard is private however there isn't any fence between houses

Please note the owner and management team cannot guarantee the service that are out of our control. These services include and not limited to hydro, water, gas, internet, AC, heat, snow condition, the opening and closing of other services such as the pool, ski hills, ect. We will not be held liable for these services mentioned above and more.

Very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood that is surrounded by Monterra Golf Course. This popular resort area includes a community Swimming Pool

- we are located with a short walk to the Blue Mountains Village (many attractions, dining and shopping experiences)

- there is a 24 hour pick up for Shuttle Bus service to the Village and Blue Mountains (during Covid may change)

***there are many beautiful Beaches within a short drive

- beautiful and amazing biking trails and hiking trails

- many golf courses nearby as well

Getting Around:

Free Shuttle service to commute to Blue Mountain Village (Covid is currently not working)

- Walk to Blue Mountain Village only 14 minutes (Shuttle Bus is free in the winter)

- Scenic Caves is only 6 minutes drive away

- Craigleith Private Ski Club is only 6 minutes drive away

- Osler Bluff Ski Club and Golf and Country Club is only 10 minutes drive away

The property is exactly as described and is well supplied. We were 4 couples and it was the perfect size. We would stay again. Its so conveniently located to the village and easy access to Collingwood. The views of Blue Mountain are amazing.

Loved this home. We were 6 adults and 4 children and the house felt very spacious. Great basement for chilling, and so fun with the pool table on the main floor. The dining table was easily large enough to sit us all together. Great having so many bathrooms too. The decor is delightful, so many thoughtful decorations. Kitchen is very well stocked and had everything that we needed. Location is great, just a short walk to the village and the pool just steps away. Will definitely want to revisit in the future.

Powder Ski Trip

The mountain received 8-12 inches of fresh powder during our stay, as 2 families each with 3 kids under 10, the house was absolutely amazing for our group to come home to after many hours of fun skiing.We thought the bathrooms, game room, pool table and entertaining/relaxing areas were first class.The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and plentiful, and the garage for our wet gear was nice.We loved this place and will stay here again in the winter or the summer.

Exactly as expected

Lots of space, and activities for a rainy day. A bit of a walk from the village but the walk felt great after a big meal. No complaints, other than the shuttle had very limited hours (last run at 4:45) which was a bit inconvenient for taking it to and from dinner. Would book again!

Overall a great stay!

We booked as a small group of friends/family. The home provided more than enough room, was well equipped, had plenty to do on a rainy day (which we happily didn’t need), had access to a pool, a quiet community and very close to blue mountain village. I reached out to the host once during our stay and he immediately responded - which was great - and he quickly addressed my question. We would definitely book this property again. This property is a 4.5 for me. The one suggestion I have that would make this a 5 would be making a stone patio that the table and chairs could sit on, rather than grass. It’s always a plus to sit out on a clean surface and enjoy the outdoors.

Blue Mountain Bliss

Just had an amazing 3 night-4 day stay! This end unit townhome was exactly what we needed for our family and 2 dogs. Beds were very comfortable, shuttle was so easy and dropped us at our front door. Lots of games, air hockey table, foosball, and pool table. Walking trails in a peaceful, quiet area was ideal for long walks with the dogs. My only suggestions would be new cues for the pool table as most are missing the tips, recycling bins and a new toaster for the kitchen as knobs/elements were broken. Would definitely recommend!!

Family Vacation

Overall clean and spacious unit for our family of nine. Lots of activities to do inside with table games. More renovations being done downstairs which will be very nice once completed. Outdoor area needs a lot of work with regards to garden and patio(or lack of patio) area for outdoor enjoyment. Weeds were excessive around the back patio-some were almost 5 feet tall. Would like to see an actual patio area with chairs and an umbrella to create some shade in the afternoon as well as when barbecuing.

Extremely dissatisfied

Not only the property was changed last minute but beware of many issues such as lack of amenities! Worst of all was extremely poor bed/mattress; basically think of a squeaky-type-hammock on a spring bedframe, causing much pain and strain that we are still dealing with until now. The host told us that he will give us compensation and he is running us around and after many follow-ups , (today be 10th day) , he still did not get back to us and did not give any compensation. Its lots of empty promises. No real communication , no fair compensation and nothing that would make you feel that you are dealing with a good « super host », and you are in good hands! In fact, total opposite! Very disappointed and extremely furious !

perfect for our family which included children ages 5-15.However, house was not as clean as expected
one bed had hairs on the sheets which made it unsanitary to sleep in, popcorn kernels in the sofa cushions in the lower level. There weren’t enough towels
one bath per person. The kitchen was not equipped properly
mismatched dishes, flatware, glasses as well as dirty frying pans, small pots.Fireplace didn’t work.
