This gorgeous, newly designed and furnished, 2nd row beach home accommodates 20 guests in 8 bedrooms. Four of the 8 bedrooms boast access to a balcony with ocean views. Every bedroom offers at least one king bed and a ceiling fan, two bedrooms offer both a king bed and a queen bed. All mattresses in the home and most bedroom furniture is brand-new.

The second level of the home offers four bedrooms. The primary bedroom on the second floor has a balcony with ocean views, king bed, and an attached bathroom with a shower and separate tub. The second bedroom on this level of the home has a king bed and balcony with ocean views. Bedroom three offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower tub combo. The fourth bedroom includes one king bed and one queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms both boast views of the Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve.

The four remaining bedrooms are located on the third level of the home and mirror the arrangement on the second floor. The primary bedroom on the third floor has a balcony with ocean views, king bed, and an attached bathroom with a shower and separate tub. There are seven full bathrooms in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryers.

The first bathroom is on the main floor of the home and contains a shower and tub combo and is easily accessible to all guests. The primary bedroom on the second floor contains an ensuite bathroom with shower and separate bath tub. The second floor offers two additional full bathrooms, each attached to a bedroom. The primary bedroom on the third floors also has an ensuite bathroom with shower and separate tub, and two of the secondary bedroom on this floor also offer ensuite bathrooms with shower/tub combos.

☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING ROOM, & GAME ROOM ☆☆
The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home and includes two refrigerators to accommodate large groups.

This spacious, thoughtfully-designed home is open concept, with the kitchen opening to the dining room and living room so your group can all gather in one space. The dining area seats 10 guests at the gorgeous wooden table, with seating for 4 more at the kitchen counter.

The living room is situated on the main level of the home and is equipped with an HDTV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. Cable channels are provided on this television. A bluetooth speaker is available for guest use, as well as board games and reading material.

The large game room offers a pool table that converts into an air hockey table and a ping pong table. Golden Tee and Pac Man arcade games provide hours of entertainment. Watch golf, football, or a movie on the 65” smart TV that includes cable channels. An indoor putting green is available for both the kids and adults to enjoy.

Enjoy the spectacular natural surroundings of the ocean, the beach, and the coastal preserve while soaking in the warm sunshine of this blissful oasis.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The exterior area of this home boasts gorgeous ocean views and coastal preserve views and ample space for groups to gather. Three balconies, all outfitted with string lights, offer an unparalleled ambience. A balcony leading from the main level looks out over the ocean, allowing you to appreciate the breathtaking views from this exclusive home. Three picnic tables offer plenty of space for your entire group to dine together and enjoy a meal al fresco. Watch the sunrise over the ocean and enjoy your morning coffee from the second floor balcony that is accessible from two of the second floor bedrooms. A projector and projector screen is also available for an outdoor movie night. Wind down with a glass of wine and listen to waves from the third floor balcony that is accessible from two of the third level bedrooms. There's also a life-size Hook 21 game and plenty of space for yoga or a workout.

Guests also have access to the amenities and activities that the Grand Cayman Villas community has to offer. This includes a shared outdoor pool and hot tub as well as a putting green, outdoor charcoal grills, and an outdoor shower. You'll find that there are usually only one or two other families at the pool.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

-Guests must sign a Guest Agreement, provide a valid photo id, and be at least 25-years-old to book. For mutual protection and to ensure a smooth check-in, guests are required to complete a Guest Verification after booking.

-No parties. While we understand that guests will gather for celebration amongst their group, no parties or outside guests are allowed.

-We provide a robust starter pack to make your first few nights comfortable, but we do not replenish consumables during your stay.

-No pets of any kind allowed.

-No smoking allowed in the home or on the balconies.

-The pool is open April 1st to October 31st. The hot tub closes in early January and reopens in late February. Also, the heat pump for the hot tub does not function very well in temperatures under 45 degrees.

-For guest safety and security, security cameras have been installed in exterior entryways.

-Six to eight onsite parking spaces are provided, and additional paid parking can be found a few blocks away.

-We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against a change in plans due to illness or weather (especially if traveling during hurricane season). We are unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy.
