37th floor, Whole Foods across the street, subway station next door, most theaters 4 or 5 blocks away, good local restaurants within a few blocks, Central Park 1 or 2 stops away- really nice location. Nice big rooms, plenty of hot water, good beds. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again.

We were welcomed by the host who guided us into the condo. Fabulous location close to everything. Two bedrooms and 2 full baths made an enjoyable stay for the three of us. There was a market downstairs and around the corner for snacks, ready made meals, wine and more. There was also a great diner there with a terrific breakfast.

This was our first time visiting NYC! Jorge was very pleasant and helpful, getting us into the unit! He and the unit host checked in on us often! The front desk staff was always warm and welcoming, provided us with great safe travel tips and food spots! We enjoyed the space, the quietness of the unit, and the amenities available to us. They were very professional and prompt in getting us checked in and out of the unit! We are definitely looking forward to visiting again for a longer stay in NYC. We were in a great location right near the subway! Thank you!

Most Extraordinary Stay! Great City/River View Fab location.

We absolutely loved finding this “Home Away from Home”. We could see the Hudson River, the New York Skyline - amazing windows, great staff, fabulous beds. I am, Ana Paula, also a Super Host of VRBO and trust me - this place is a winner.

Beautiful place

Had an excellent stay! The apartment is situated in a great location—easy to locate and conveniently close to various shops. The host was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. The apartment was immaculately clean and provided all the amenities required for a comfortable visit. Highly recommend!

Fantastic view and great location was by far the best part. The interior was stark, no personality or charm. There was a glob of hair on the shower drain. The towels were mismatch cheap and no place to hang them. No Kleenex. At least there was coffee. The proprietor was responsive when we struggled with the tv and door lock. We paid for luxury but got high rise mediocrity.

Location and quality of apartment were excellent. Kitchen slightly under-equipped for people taking a longer stay - lack of glasses/cutlery - but overall, a really nice apartment, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and spacious lounge. Good views given you are on 32nd floor.

Stay in Manhattan

It was a great apartment and exceeded our expectation in terms of quality, cleanliness and service. Jorge who helped us in checking process was very service oriented and just met us sharp on time as we discussed. Pictures were under estimating the view from the property. I enjoyed the night view of the skyscrapers, sunset on the river and all the large cruises pass around 7 am every morning. You had a direct view of the street of Time Squire from the windows that I liked. Management was very responsive when we experienced an issue with the microwave and got a maintenance to visit us on the next day. We will stay there again.

Amazing View

I really loved this apartment, it has a spectacular view, I loved its modern style and that it is quite illuminated, everything was very clean and organized, the host was very friendly and was attentive at all times, the apartment is located in a good area, I found several restaurants nearby and there are even several theaters, I would definitely stay here again, I will surely recommend it to my friends

Fabulous Location, Host, & Place

Four high school friends on our annual long weekend. We were directly across from the Gershwin Theater/Wicked and an easy walk to Time Square. Two subway stops are within 10-20 yards from the building's front door, as well as a coffee, bagel shop and restaurant. There's even a Food Emporium very close by. Wonderful, clean lobby area, safely protected. Up one of the 5 elevators to our incredible view. Inside the apt we appreciated the extra towels, supplies and comfortable layout. We were surprised there was only 1 drinking glass, but we easily rectified that with a plastic cup from one of our outings. We didn't cook but did use the coffee brewer, mugs, and silverware. The place is a gem & we feel so fortunate to have found it. We definitely hope to be back again sometime.

Great Apartment

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The bed in the spare room was a little small for 2 kids so one ended up sleeping on the couch (not a big deal they had extra sheets). The apartment had amazing views of the NY skyline being on the 38th floor. You are one block away from the red line, which brings you down to Battery Park (Statue of Liberty, close to Twin Tower memorial and Stock Market building). It was maybe 15 minute walk to time square, 30 Rock, and many other sites. The hosts were great with all communications, showing us around the apartment while checking in, and also midway of our stay. We felt it was really in a perfect location for all the site seeing around midtown, we would 100% rent this apartment again!!!

Nice stay but some issues

The check in process required us to meet around the corner from the unit. They seemed to not want the security guard to know that we were short-term tenants. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans and tools. However, there were only three coffee cups and no drinking glasses; there also was not very much silverware. I contacted the manager and the person who checked us in about this insufficiency but did not hear from anyone about my inquiry during our stay.
