Coconut Cove 3BR w/ Heated Saltwater Pool

Cozy 3BR+2BA -sleeps 6 guests. Comes fully stocked with everything you'd need while away from home. Its modern look and never-ending list of amenities only work to supplement the true charm of this suburban paradise. Spacious, fenced-in backyard with outside seating, hammock, grill (propane not included) and (optionally heated) saltwater pool. Pool is seasonally heated between October 1st- May 1st. The home is located 10 minutes from the award winning Madeira Beach. Beach umbrella, chairs, and towels provided. Conveniently located within 4 minutes to Seminole City Center. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families.

Our stay at this rental was truly exceptional. The owners were warm, incredibly responsive, and attentive to any questions or needs that came up. The home itself was spotless and fully stocked with everything we could have wanted or needed for our visit. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept really well throughout our entire stay. The dĂ©cor throughout the house was tasteful and inviting.The outdoor space was the highlight of our stay. The pool area felt like a private oasis—completely enclosed, beautifully landscaped, and thoughtfully designed. It included a hammock, a spacious dining table, plenty of loungers and seating, and a shaded overhang that made it perfect at any time of day. The stunning ocean-themed mural on the back of the house added such a special touch; it truly felt like we were at our own boutique resort.The front of the property was just as lovely, with meticulous landscaping and a magnificent mature tree that we absolutely adored. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. The location was ideal—near grocery stores and shopping, only minutes from Redington and Indian Shores beaches, and about 15 minutes from St. John’s Pass, Madeira Beach, and Treasure Island.Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We highly recommend this property, had an amazing stay, and genuinely hope to return soon.

Quiet neighborhood with a spacious backyard for the puppies. House was clean, organized, and well stocked. Communication with Carlos and Jessica was quick and responsive. We as a family had a great time there!

This was a trip for my boyfriend and I as we were celebrating our 1 year anniversary. The house was beautiful and provided everything needed for the stay. There were even extra fans which was nice as it was 100 degrees everyday while we were there. They also provide plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrella, which was quite useful for the beaches The pool was not clean when we arrived and wasn't cleaned until the 3rd day of our 4 day visit. The pool was the main reason we chose this house. We got into it when we first arrived, and there was a lot of debris and brown "fuzz" in the corners and bottom of the pool, so we tried to use the broom and skimmer to clean it some, but it just wasn't enough. I reached out to Jessica and she said it is cleaned on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which our arrival was a Tuesday afternoon. She told me she would reach out to the pool cleaners and ask them to prioritize it. We didn't get to use the pool like we had hoped, which is why I am giving a 4.The master bed and pillows were AMAZINGLY comfortable! My boyfriend has multiple body pains and some injuries, and he raved about how comfortable the bed was and how well he was able to sleep. The house is close to so many things and so many beautiful beaches! We went to Indian Shores, Clearwater, St. Pete, Coquina, and Anna Maria Island! Plus tons of shopping and great restaurants! The owners were very nice and responded quickly with any issue. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

The house was nicely decorated with cute details. They really took the time to make it look updated. However there are some issues related to age of the house. Lighting - several switches didn't work at all. Dining light sporadically worked and when you turned the knob to turn it on , you can hear electrical crackling sounds from behind the switch plate. The outdoor area needs serious updates. Fencing is falling down in areas. I had To prop up a section to keep our dog from going thru the fence. The pool was disappointing- very dirty. Coping around one edge is coming off and poses a big risk for children. Rusted metal at the bottom of the 4x4 posts could be a real problem if you caught your foot on it. I really Think you should spend some time and money on updating major items.

Great property! Super nice responsive hosts!

We enjoyed our stay here. Jessica & Carlos were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was very nice in a quiet neighborhood. The amenities were plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. They pretty much thought of everything you would need. The pool area is nice with sun most of the day, but enough shade if you need it. The lush landscaping around the pool provides for some entertaining critters like squirrels & lizards! The king bed is very comfortable with great pillows! The extra fans in the bedrooms are a nice addition. We were there during the hottest week ever I think, and we were comfortable sleeping. The bathrooms had nice towels and full size shampoos & soaps. Beaches are close by. It’s about a 10 drive to Madeira Beach without traffic. There were plenty of pool/beach towels, floats & beach stuff (wagon, chairs, etc

We had such an amazing time at this home. Everyone was comfortable. The home is peaceful, filled with so many amenities. We loved having the fenced private yard with swimming pool. The hosts were gracious, quick to respond and accommodating. There were 2 adults, 3 teens a dog - plenty of space, yet still small enough to be together.

Wonderful Hospitality

At most vacation properties you have to bring extra dish pods, paper towels, laundry detergent, and other necessities, but Carlos and Jessica ensured we had plenty of everything - I didn’t have to use any of the extras we brought. The backyard pool was a game changer! We’ve only done beachfront condos until now, but we wanted a backyard for our puppy to tag along. This was perfect for chill pool afternoons after spending time at the incredibly close public beaches. I don’t think we’ll ever do condos again.The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for our morning family walks. It’s near lots of restaurants and is 3 minutes from Publix and Fresh Market. We loved our time here so much and cannot recommend it enough!

Peaceful Get Away

We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, but not far from the beaches, entertainment and the Pinellas walking/biking trail, which our dogs loved. The home was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. The open floor plan was great and the back yard was perfect for spending time outside. Thank you for sharing your home.

Nice House, close to stores and beach

Topical decorated house, very close to shopping and close to beaches.Nice pool and fenced yard. So happy we could bring our dogs.Beach chairs and towels were a plus.Well stocked kitchen and lots of TVs.We only had 3 adults, the house would easliy accommodate 6.Well

Family getaway

We (parents, 2 daughters) enjoyed our stay. The house had space so we didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. The kids could retreat to their rooms when they wanted. The pool was great to have, especially because mid-March isn’t the warmest for the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful our hosts were very responsive to questions.

Chrosmast Stay

My mom came from Poland for Christmas . We drove from NJ to Fl to Seminole home. It was amazing stay. Very nice neighborhood, quiet, close to convenient shopping area, very close to the beaches. Home was very clean. Amazing outdoor heated pool. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend this place. I also took my dog with me so it’s pets friendly place. Thank You Jessica and Carlos. Great getaway!!

Work trip but added a couple of relation days. The master bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced and my back is very sensitive.

Quiet stay

This was a great stay. Easy check in. Everything needed was there. We enjoyed all the indoor ammenities; comfortable bed, clean bathrooms and clean kitchen. We also enjoyed the outdoor ammenities; pool, which needed a bit of cleaning and the grill which was well maintained. It was a quiet neighborhood near many stores and restaurants. We were very comfortable here.

Best Stock VRBO EVER

This Seminole house was the best stocked VRBO house we have ever stayed. Everything and then some to make you feel at home. The pool was fantastic and the backyard was quiet and relaxing. We had to cut our stay short, but will definitely book again on our next stay to Seminole area.

Wonderful Stay!

Our family enjoyed our week at Jessica and Carlos' home! The house is exactly as pictured and is located near a really nice shopping complex with several restaurant options. The heated pool was a great feature and my kids swam hours every day! We loved that everything for our comfort was available including towels, pool toys and even some sand toys for our trips to the beach. You won't regret staying at this property!
