This stunning retreat offers all the comforts of a private paradise, with plush furnishings, modern amenities, and sweeping ocean views that will take your breath away. Whether you're relaxing by your PRIVATE POOL, cruising around in the INCLUDED GOLF CART, or strolling down your PRIVATE BOARDWALK TO THE BEACH, mile marker 52 to be exact! Every moment is designed for maximum enjoyment and relaxation. With plenty of space to spread out and unwind, you'll never want to leave—and honestly, why would you?
Please note: Due to limited parking, trailers of any kind are not permitted.

***Please note that golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM. Same-day bookings are not guaranteed. For example, if you make a reservation for arrival that same evening, the golf cart may not be delivered until approximately 4 PM the following day. Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Joy Golf Carts. After your booking is confirmed, they will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.

**We do have the pool serviced twice a week on Mondays and Fridays (depending on the weather), and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool. Because we are right next to the dunes, you will probably see some sand at the bottom of the pool. (Please note that this home is located in a developing community. There is some construction going on around here.

Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay! As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Due to Minimal parking, there are no trailers of any kind allowed in the neighborhood
-Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee.
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
