We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable for both you and all future guests. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our house rules prior to booking:

1. SMOKING / DRUG USE:
- Smoking and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 fee.

2. PARTIES AND EVENTS:
- Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors.

3. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION:
We understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we welcome well behaved and house-trained pets at our property. To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required for our pet-friendly units, we charge a one-time pet fee of $200. WE WILL REQUEST THIS FEE ONCE BOOKING IS COMPLETE AND FEE MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.

PET RULES / GUIDELINES:
- We accept dogs (2 dog maximum) and cats on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire with hosts prior to booking if you are hoping to bring your cat.
- To prevent any potential damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your pet’s own bedding or crate for their comfort.
- Please pick up all pet waste in the yard during your stay and prior to checking out.

4.. QUIET HOURS:
- Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Please keep noise to a minimum between these times.
