We had a wnderful cozy stay here. The neighborhood was cute and quite. The beds were cozy and the clawfoot tub was warm all the way to the top !!

Place is super nice. The host is very prompt with reply’s and easy to work with. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to where I needed to be. I have stayed her twice and will be staying here a few more times in the upcoming months. It’s truly a home away from home!!

Beautiful property

We were wowed even before we arrived. I reached out to property manager to ask if we could check in a few minutes early and received a quick response. Next we arrived and found a spacious very clean property. Our king sized bed was very comfortable. This place is also very convenient to restaurants, downtown and airport. We definitely recommend this place and would like to stay again when we return to Nashville.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had with this host and this specific location. First off, the house is incredible, cozy, and had everything we needed. It was furnished perfectly and everything was clean and comfortable. It was able to accommodate our entire family, including a 1 and 3 year old. Our oldest child cried when we left. She absolutely loved her "hotel house!" The charm of this home made this little family from Wyoming want to stay forever!Next, the Host. He was so great to work with. We had a last minute change to our vacation stay and he was more than willing to help us. In fact, he took the workload off my plate and adjusted the reservation for me. This was so helpful and much appreciated.The neighborhood is very clean and friendly. I felt very comfortable with the location. Especially travelling with small children. It also has a great location. Is it downtown Nashville, No. It's better! It's very centrally located, for being East Nashville, and close to the major roadways. We were just a few minutes from everything we wanted to do in the Nashville area. If you are looking for a charming and beautiful place to enjoy Nashville, yet be able to escape and relax away from the busy downtown, I highly recommend this property. Again, close enough to enjoy all of Nashville. Yet set in a quiet little neighborhood where you can relax!Thank you Mark for your beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Azul. The house was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the decor. We all loved the beds. My 17 year old didn't want to leave her king sized bed. The house had everything we needed. I would recommended it and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again if ever in Nashville again.

Great Spot

Located on a quiet boulevard cul de sac in a revitalized quiet neighborhood, with young families out for an evening stroll. It's a $13 Uber to downtown restaurants at prime time, and multiple route options to the airport, all about 15 minutes or so. The house is well finished and spotless, with good space and privacy. The linens are top shelf, and the details are well done. Check in and communication with the owners are seamless.

Relaxing stay in Nashville in freshly renovated home!

We enjoyed a great stay at this fabulously decorated mid-modern century home with all the newest conveniences! Fast WiFi, smart TVs, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of sitting space in two separate living room areas, and comfortable beds for everyone in our group. The hosts provided high quality bedding, towels, and basic toiletries items throughout. Comfortable furniture throughout which made for a relaxing environment for our 3-day visit. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to location…just 10 minutes or so from downtown, but out of all the busyness!

A little about me: I am a touring video director for concerts, frequently on the road with various artists. Take a moment to look through the “showroom” to see some of my favorite concerts from the country music scene; you might recognize a few.

When I'm not on the road working, I often find myself in Mexico, where I've developed a strong connection to the culture, the food, and the country's rich history. Casa Azul, which means "blue house," is the name of the world-famous artist Frida Kahlo's home, where she lived her entire life. After touring Casa Azul in Coyoacan, Mexico, I left knowing I wanted a space where I could also express creativity through art, have a home with rich character, and, most importantly, create a space meant for hosting and sharing. This is exactly what Frida Kahlo and her husband, painter Diego Rivera, did often.

So, Bienvenidos! Welcome! While I am traveling and Casa Azul is empty, I hope my inspiration behind Casa Azul translates to you during your stay.

You’ll be located in the heart of East Nashville. Walkable to a brewery, a few bars, Nashville's best ramen and even a Michelin Star restaurant. Beyond your walk, it’s a 5 minute Uber to Five points or 10 Minutes to downtown!
