Super spacieuse maison de style mexicain face à l'océan de 4 chambres à coucher à Isla Mujeres!

Style mexicain charmant 4 chambres Casa. Situé à Isla Mujeres Punta Sur, offre une vue imprenable sur le lever et le coucher du soleil!

La Casa propose 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Les chambres du bas ont une salle de bain communicante qui relie les deux chambres. Une chambre a un lit queen, une armoire avec coffre-fort; l'autre pièce a 2 lits simples et une porte qui se connecte au patio fermé en bas.
La maison offre une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour vous faire sentir à la maison, tous les appareils électroménagers, cafetière, micro-ondes, etc.! Le salon dispose de la télévision par câble et d'un espace salle à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.
Au deuxième niveau de la maison, vous trouverez les 2 chambres principales, chacune offrant une salle de bain complète, une penderie et des balcons avec vue sur l'océan. L'une des chambres dispose d'un accès indépendant depuis le côté de la maison au cas où vous ne voudriez pas déranger les invités du rez-de-chaussée en rentrant tard le soir.

Il y a d'immenses espaces verts à l'avant et à l'arrière de la maison, il y a un espace de stationnement à l'avant de la maison qui est sécurisé par la porte d'entrée. Le patio arrière offre une grande piscine avec quelques chaises longues ainsi qu'un espace ombragé pour les Palapa avec un bar, une table et des chaises pour un bon repas à l'extérieur. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète à l'extérieur dans le Palapa.

Très grande terrasse à l'étage pour une vue sur le lever ou le coucher du soleil!
À distance de marche de la pointe sud. 25 minutes de trajet en voiturette de golf jusqu'au centre-ville ou 10 minutes en taxi. 15 minutes en voiturette de golf au supermarché ou 7 en taxi.

Awesome stay! A great house for when you want to be together as a group and have your separate areas of the house to escape to. No complaints! Only minor improvements that could be made: TV’s in bedrooms, and put another blanket on the beds… otherwise fantastic! Thank you!!!

We had a great stay and felt the home offered excellent value for the price. The location is beautiful, directly across from the sea with incredible views. This was our second trip to Isla Mujeres and our first time at this property. We prefer this end of the island because it’s quiet, but still close to everything.We were two families, 4 adults and kids aged 10, 14, and 15, and the layout worked well, especially if you value privacy. The bedrooms are separate from the main living space, which may not suit everyone, but everything is accessed from a central open air entrance. It’s a unique setup and we actually thought it was pretty cool.The property is starting to show its age in a few areas, but it’s very neat and well kept and, again, for the price, it’s excellent value.We were running a bit low on water midweek, but it was taken care of during the scheduled cleaning with a delivery, and we’re confident the management company would have handled it quickly if needed.The only minor note is that there’s just one outdoor garbage bin, which filled up fairly quickly with seven people. A bit more capacity would be helpful, but it’s a small detail and not a major issue.Overall, while there may be more modern properties available, you would be paying significantly more. For the price, this home is fantastic value, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The house was amazing! Very spacious, lots of lounging areas. My family spent alot of our down time at Casa del Sol, whether theyni were hanging out in their rooms, relaxing in the pool or watching tv, it suited us just perfectly! The views from every room were amazing!

Excellent Stay!

This house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the spaciousness of it! The air conditioner in the kitchen went out and they were very quick to fix it and had it fixed and running by the next morning. Communiction was excellent and we had such a great time! Thanks for hosting and we would definitely stay again!

Quiet getaway on Isla Mujeres

Very nice and authentic. Rooms were spacious. Would be a great space for 2 couples and another couple with up to two children. House was large, and pool was clean, and large and inviting. Back yard was very private.

Comfortable home in great location

House was very comfortable with lots of space and a nice pool and yard. The rooms are separated which is great for privacy but something to consider with little kids. The house location is great with restaurants and beaches near by and not mich of a trip to get to the much more busy North part of the island. Overall a very nice place and I would recommend.
