Profitez avec votre famille et vos amis de cette maison privée dans une résidence sécurisée, sécurisée 24h / 24, avec une piscine privée, un grand jardin, un salon de jardin en plein air, 2 chaises longues de piscine, un barbecue, un toit-terrasse, une petite terrasse à l'avant et une petite terrasse sur la piscine, maison spacieuse avec de hauts plafonds et illuminé naturel. 3 chambres avec air conditionné, Smart TV dans 2 chambres et salon, 1 mezzanine (deuxiÚme étage), cuisine-salle à manger entiÚrement équipée, salon, 2. 5 salles de bains. Buanderie avec salle de bains et laveuse et sécheuse. Parking pour deux voitures.
Il est à seulement 8 min en voiture de l'aéroport, 10 min du centre commercial Cumbres (supermarché, cinémas, pharmacie, etc.), plages 15-20 min et zone hÎteliÚre, 50 min Playa del Carmen et Xcaret.

La maison peut accueillir confortablement 8 invités (4 lits jumelés, 1 lit grand format, 1 futon pleine grandeur), dispose de la climatisation dans les trois chambres et des ventilateurs de plafond dans toute la maison. Nous avons 2 matelas gonflables taille queen (pour plus de 8 personnes).
Nous avons une cuisiniÚre à gaz, laveuse et sécheuse, vaisselle, appareils électriques (four à micro-ondes, four à pain, réfrigérateur, cafetiÚre, mixeur, cuisiniÚre à gaz, refroidisseur d'eau), haut-parleur Bluetooth et un grand chauffe-eau électrique afin que vous ne courez jamais en dehors. La maison est située dans la communauté fermée de Los Naranjos, avec sécurité 24 heures sur 24, dans la ville d'Alfredo V. Bonfil. Notre directeur immobilier peut vous rencontrer à l'aéroport pour vous guider dans ma maison!

A wonderful host and a perfect house :-)

Do not hesitate to book this house. It is located in a secured area. The house is spacious and clean and absolutely perfect for families. Below are some of the best features of the house: 1- the beds - all of them- are comfortable! This is not always the case in rented houses. The master suite has a king bed- perfect if your children want to join you in the middle of the night! 2- the house is well supplied. Dishes, cooking supplies, shampoo, towels, soap, sand toys... it has it all. 3- the main shower is absolutely wonderful and has a lot of pressure (there is nothing worst than a shower that does not work well at the end of a day full of sunscreen and sand!). 4- the host, Carmen, was very reactive when we sent messages from the house; check-in with Angie was easy. 5- Laura. Laura is a nice lady in the neighboorhood who can cook for the guests. Our kids fell in love with her burritos and her breakfast. We had Laura prepared food prior to our arrival. We had food and refreshments ready when we checked-in. What a great way to start a vacation! 6- Mexican friends playing in the park in front of the house. Our children made new friends. The kids could speak English and were very friendly. Two things to consider. 1- you need a car to access the house. 2- if you have young children who like to climb, the stairs to go to the mezzanine could be dangerous. We did not go up. We had the best time in this house and we will be back for sure!

Awesome property and great communication

This property was beautiful. Clean yard to run and play in. Awesome pool to swim in. Comfortable beds. All the necessities we needed. Carmen and Angie were amazing with making sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us to see if there was anything they could do to help us.We do recommend renting a car if you are staying longer than a few days. We cabbed to get groceries. And walked to pick up a few things from a local market (but not a lot around the compound) Even then Carmen made sure a cab showed up to take us shopping. We would stay again 100%

Safe, wonderful and miss being there already!

What a wonderful vacation home (and work 🙂)! Our family arrived Saturday to WhatsApp messaging telling us when and where to meet the property manager. Talk about no stress! We met a wonderful woman (Angie) that we followed to the property, she handed us the keys/badge access and helped us thru the front security gate. She walked us thru the information of the home and then off she went. We were in the wonderful home, you have seen it on the internet and it is everything that you see. The home is spacious and everything that you need is here! It is like you are in your own private resort. We worked some and were on vacation some. The wifi works better than when we are at home, you can work by the pool or in the beautifully appointed garden area. The birds every morning will have you smiling. Thru our visit we had questions for the homeowner and no matter the day or time they responded quickly thru WhatsApp to anything and everything that we needed - talk about wonderful service! We also had the opportunity to use Chef Laura for cooking and dropping off meals to the home. She cooked us so many wonderful Mexican traditional meals that many times we elected to stay home instead of going out to the restaurants - her food is better! Please ask the owner Carmen about Chef Laura - it will be a wonderful surprise that you get to enjoy. This an amazing property that you will be able to work hard remotely and then unwind in the evenings and weekends. OR if you are lucky just be on vaca

Comfortable and affordable

We had amazing time at Carmen’s place. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. Carmen communicated effectively and efficiently and had all the information ready for us even before asking. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. We enjoyed having the private pool. Getaway to local area Cancun Mexico

A wonderful property to stay even if working some remotely and on vacation. Family stayed here for two weeks and from the beginning of the process thru the end our owner of the home was wonderful. She had all milestones covered days leading up to our travel so that we knew what to expect. She had the manager of the property meet us at a local restaurant so that we could follow her to the property. The home is in a great safe neighborhood that you can walk around in the evening and watch the sunsets. The home was an oasis! Beautifully landscaped that you really do not have to leave if you did not want to. The WIFI was AMAZING, every room in the home was connected and the entire outside of the property also had connection - I have never seen that before, you could work from the pool or yard if you wanted to. The manager walked us thru all the important aspects of the home and the owner had all amenities that anyone would need. We even had a neighbor that was a private chef! The home is wonderful, large and clean. The pool was amazing!! We worked on/off thru the two weeks and the evenings were wonderful. We recommend this home to anyone trying to get a glimpse of real Mexico and not just the tourist areas. We did rent a car with Yes, rent a car (they were also wonderful), no hidden fees and were very helpful. We loved staying here and will be back!

Private Paradise

We came out to cancun for some family fun with just my husband and our two young children. The house had more the enough space for us and though we didn't use it too much, the pool was amazing! We loved how it goes right up to the living room window! Also, having access to a washer and dryer really helps prepare for the return home. We could've have spent all of our time relaxing in the yard if we hadn't wanted to venture out. We can't wait to one out but next time I think it will be a girls trip!

Central Location, beautiful and secure

The property is beautiful and just as pictured. The house is spacious we were a party of ten and we had plenty of space to spread out and not feel like we were constantly on top of each other. The pool was amazing we spent most of our time in it when were weren't out exploring. The location is close to the airport and central to all of Cancun. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants within a sort drive as well as downtown and the beaches within 15-20mins. You would defiantly want to rent a car staying here as it would be really hard to get around without one. The house is in a secure gated community. The guys at the gate are very nice and helpful with recommendations and directions. Carmen was super helpful and had great communication the whole trip. We will recommend this property to all our friends and family and will stay again when/if we return in the future.

BEST VRBO EXPERIENCE YET!

Property is great, it is very private and in a gated neighborhood. Carmen the owner is great and very helpful. If you are hesitant to go on vacation because of Covid, this is the place for you. I highly recommend this place. If you like soft beds you will need to bring a topper. These beds are on the firm side of the chart. We had to drag our kids away from the place because all they wanted to do was play in the pool, Really enjoyed getting out and seeing all the sites from Tulum to Chicha Nitza. Great location, 5 minutes north of the airport, and south entrance to the hotel zone.

Great, Quiet Getaway

We visited last year and loved it so much we decided to come back with the whole family. We had 7 people and we did great. Our kids loved having a pool right at home. We spent most of our time traveling to archaeological sites, so having a relaxing swim at the end of the day was perfect for everyone. The home is well kept and perfectly clean. The accommodations are to notch.

Private Little Paradise

If you're looking for a little peace and quite for your Cancun holiday away from the hotel zone you cannot beat this house. The home is large with plenty of bedrooms and a large family room. AC is located in each bedroom with a TV in all but one of them. Wifi was fast, and you have your own full size washer and drier. The neighborhood is quiet and has a guarded gated entrance. To top it all off you got your own pool! You can't beat this place if you're looking for something a bit more private. Highly recommend getting your own car to take you to all the local attractions and beaches. Thanks Carmen!!

Meravigliosa!!!

Tutto ù stato perfetto, abbiamo trascorso dei giorni indimenticabili!!! La casa ù fantastica, pulitissima, molto grande, la cucina ù dotata di ogni cosa possa servirvi! Il giardino ù incredibilmente bello e molto grande, la piscina ù grande e pulita, fantastico l’angolo barbecue!!! Beautiful Home... Nice Way To Experience MĂ©xico

Carmen’s Home was very nice and came fully stocked with everything you would need to feel at home. We swam in the pool, played UNO, Connect Four, and Jenga almost every night! Carmen was always available to address any concerns we had. Would most definitely stay with Carmen over and over again!

What a wonderful get away!

My wife and I booked this as a get-away for a few days. We couldn't have had a better experience. The house is not huge, but perfect for a group looking for a vacation spot. There was plenty of lounge room, cooking space, bathrooms, etc for a good sized group. This is a very private home. The walls are high and since there are no direct neighbors, you have a secluded little spot - which was just what we wanted. The home is well maintained and was equipped with what we needed to cook and live. The towels were soft and fluffy (we are going to figure out where to buy some of our own) the linens clean, and the home was well decorated. We loved having our own pool. After a day of sightseeing, we thoroughly enjoyed having somewhere to lounge and relax away from the crowds and commotion of the tourist spots. The pool wasn't huge, but it was perfect for a small group or big family. There is nothing quite like sitting out at a table under the palm trees sipping a drink and listening to the birds and wildlife. It was such a relaxing spot! Our only concern was about the area, not the home. We have traveled extensively and lived in South America for years, so the surrounding neighborhood was "normal" for us, but we thought that it might stretch some who may not be accustomed to a normal neighborhood in Latin America. There are HUGE, BEAUTIFUL homes in the neighborhood and the gated community provided an extra level of security. However, the roads in the neighborhood aren't the best, and with recent rain we were glad that we got an SUV from the rental company. There are also more modest homes in the area - much different from the posh hotel strip. If you are looking for a great place for a relaxing vacation, this is the place. We are even planning to bring our kids along on our next trip down!

Beautiful and comfortable home!

From the moment we arrived, Angie, the property manager was so attentive and helpful. She helped us around in spite of the delay in getting our car rental. Carmen, the owner was also so helpful from the moment we reserved her beautiful home. Enjoyed the comfort of the house, it has beautiful details and everything you need to have a pleasant stay. The location was perfect; away from the noise, but close enough to go have fun. Loved the place, and we are looking forward to going back soon!

Modern,cool and in a good location

We had an excellent stay here.It,s in a great location,a lovely house,clean,well equipped and cool,and with a superb pool.Spent many an evening in the garden relaxing with some good beers and the occasional barbecue,as well as venturing out to town and the beach.Got out to some of the sites (as there are so many) and checked out the Xoximilco one evening,which really is something else. We met the owners who were very friendly and welcoming and we would thoroughly recommend this house for a stay in Cancun. Thankyou The Elliott's

Great relaxing vacation!

House was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely book it again. The location was very convenient and close to Cancun, airport and a lot of shops but I would recommend renting a car.

Private, quiet and good location. Big yard and pool. Wide open yard with patio furniture and coconut palm trees. Beautiful house, family friendly and very relaxing for vacations!
