We had a great stay at this wonderful townhome! Such comfortable furnishings, beautifully decorated, super clean, with plenty of amenities you don’t find at many rentals. The location was great, could walk to the village and parking was right outside the door. The hostess Laura was very responsive and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here next time we are in St Simon’s. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful place with everything you could possibly need for your vacation! The only suggestion I have is to allow 2 places for guest parking in front of condo ! We were traveling with dogs and had to work around a vehicle parked in the front door the ENTIRE trip!!! I know this isn’t no fault of the owner ! Laura was kind and very responsive from booking to check out!! She is most helpful with any questions and has recommendations if needed for eats and such ! So go ahead and book this amazing place ! We will be booking with her in the future! And the best added bonus is, it’s pet friendly as well as the complex !

From the minute we booked, Laura immediately answered questions and offered great advice for our first visit to St. Simon’s. She even let us know that we could check-in earlier! Her home-away-from-home was perfect for our family’s stay. The 3 bedrooms upstairs provide plenty of space and comfort. The bathrooms had every amenity you might need - especially the spa-like towels! We used the kitchen (already stocked to cook), the laundry room (with detergent & fabric softener), loved the reclining sofa and chairs to watch the bowl games on a huge TV, and even the beach chairs when it warmed up to sit on East Beach! Although we drove to visit places on the island due to chilly temps, her place is located within a mile of great shops/restaurants/the pier and East Beach. Walking would be easy. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this new rental, and we can’t thank you enough, Laura!

Very cute, clean and comfortable condo! We were 4 middle-aged women and loved it! If you’re staying there in the heat of the summer, shut all the blinds and curtains and keep the fans on upstairs and it will keep it cooler! Laura was very responsive to questions and helped us find great places to eat! If I’m ever back in SSI, I’d stay there again!
