The host is wonderful! He was quick to respond to our questions and was very kind. The unit was clean, neat, tastefully decorated, and had a nice view of the beach and ocean from the kitchen window. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, bars, and stores. We enjoyed our 3 day and 2 night stay immensely. Thank you.

Very nice and clean little unit!! We were so close to the pier we just walked!! Beach was within 100 yards… Only issue I had was the A/c could not keep up even at night but it kept it comfortable for the stay!! Thank you again!!

Easy access to the studio apt via the lock box. Clean with comfortable beds. We spent most of our time in Daytona at the Rolex 24 but the room was an oasis after a long day at the track.

Stayed 10 Days!!

The Condo was comfortable, clean and right on the ocean. Very easy communication with the owner. I stayed 10 days before I closed on a home in Daytona. There is a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and coffee maker and microwave. A very nice shower and the bed was comfortable!! Will definitely tell my family and friends to make reservations to stay there

Easy to book/great communication

We had a few hiccups at our own fault. The owner replied to messages in a timely manner to answer any questions and help us with any troubles. The rules and check in instructions were very clear. Don't let the outside of the building fool you! It is an older building, however, the unit we stayed in was updated and VERY clean! Hands down we will be back to this location for future stays!

We booked this rental for its location and positive reviews, which we quickly realized were completely misleading. The moment we walked in, we were hit with an overpowering musty odor—like the place had flooded and been left untouched for years. It was so strong and fowl that we had to leave immediately, especially with having a young baby with us. We contacted the host right away to explain the situation, but received no immediate response. It was already late and we had drove hundreds of miles to get there—ultimately we were forced to book another place last-minute, at our own expense. When the host finally responded hours later, his recourse was: VRBO needs to handle this to issue the refund or it’ll look poorly on me. Well friend, the condition of the property was genuinely gross and when we reached out for help regarding the smell issue you passed the buck with problem! That lack of accountability absolutely should be reflected in your reviews. Guests deserve honesty and a safe place to stay—which neither were applicable here…We waited a couple of weeks before writing this review in hopes he would follow up and offer a refund as requested, but we never heard a word. No resolution, no refund. This listing is absolutely not as advertised. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

Additionally, since your stay, we have hosted over 15 separate guest reservations with zero complaints regarding odors or cleanliness, which confirms that this was not a recurring or property-wide issue. When you contacted us, we responded and explained that any refund requests must be processed through VRBO’s official resolution process, as required by their policies to protect both guests and hosts. This is standard procedure and not a refusal to assist. We understand that travel issues can be stressful, especially when traveling with a young child, and we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we stand by the condition and quality of our property, which continues to receive positive feedback from other guests. We remain committed to transparency, cleanliness, and excellent service for all future guests.

Army Veteran here. I traveled the world and there is nothing I like better than being by the water, so when I got out of the military I was quick to purchase some long term buys to eventually retire at. I have two condos at this location so if you need more room just send a message.

There is no better location on Daytona Beach then being right in the middle of all Daytona has to offer. We are on the beachside with a brand new pool, across the street from the convention center and 10 minutes down the road to the International Speedway. You are within walking distance to everything.
