It was very quaint and convenient to the event my husband was coaching at the Ocean Center. Only downfall was construction in the unit next to us from 7am until 5 pm and the closest elevator was out of service. Those two hiccups were not by fault of the property owner. Would stay again!

A perfect getaway spot

Perfect get away for my fiancé and I. The bed was very comfortable, host was very responsive, and the condo has a perfect beach view.

Had. Great view of the beach from the small balcony in the unit access to the beach and pool was easy as well. The only negatives we encountered was it is not easy to turn southbound onto A1A, but there are several restaurants within an easy walk. And the owner ofThe unit is top notch and replies to any need very fast

Great trip

Clean condo, great view, great pool, easy access to to the sand, great location, very attentive manager. If something could possibly go wrong with a trip, it did for us but the owner communicated exceptionally well with me and worked diligently to fix problems that occurred that were completely out of his hands.

Listing stated that there was central air and washer and dryer in unit. Central air did not work during our stay at all. Owner did have a portable AC set up however. Washer and dryer were not in the u it. U it is on 4th floor and laundry room with coin machines was on first floor. Misleading.Barely any hot water in bathroom. Commutation was good but no repair service was sent for hot water issue or to repair the central AC.Pictures were also deceiving. Unit appears much larger in photos. No closets or drawers for guests. Several large locked cabinets and one completely full closet in entire unit.

Hi Monique, Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad to hear communication was positive during your stay. I’m sorry that certain aspects did not meet your expectations. Regarding the air conditioning, you were informed prior to your stay that the central AC was in the process of being updated during the cooler weather to avoid disruption to guests. A portable unit was provided and was working properly to maintain comfort throughout your stay. For the laundry, the building does offer a coin-operated laundry room located on the first floor, and the access code is included in the welcome letter provided prior to check-in. We will still review the listing to ensure this is as clear as possible to avoid any confusion. Regarding the hot water, we did contact the building management, and they confirmed that both hot water and water pressure were functioning properly throughout the building during your stay. That said, we’re sorry to hear this was your experience and will continue monitoring closely. We also appreciate your feedback regarding space and storage, as well as the photos, and will review how the unit is presented to ensure expectations are set as accurately as possible for future guests.
