    Fantastic location in Coconut Grove, easy parking and all the codes and information were sent before we checked in. Exactly as advertised, bare essentials for the less expensive rental. It would have helped to have hangers, but for the low price, you got just what you needed to have a comfortable, no frills stay. The location was the best part of staying at this property, walkable to everything in Coconut Grove.

    The apartment and location were nice. However, we did not receive check in instructions until 7:30pm the night we arrived. After messaging and calling the host numerous times, I had to finally call VRBO and they contacted the host.

    Communication with the host was terrible. They were not responsive and I only finally got my check in instructions by 7 pm on the day of check-in, while the check-in time was supposed to be at 4 pm. They did not respond to my messages the day before or the day of, until about 3:30 pm before the check-in informing me that they had some maintenance issue and that there would be a delay. And I was stuck with my car, nowhere to park (I asked about if I could park by the property but, again, no response). Just not very thoughtful hosts.

    Return to Coconut Grove

    Stayed at the property 2 years ago. Little trouble with check on, but not bad. Booked the same unit as last time. Check in time 4pm. We arrived at 4:30. Not check in information provided before arrival. Contacted host VRBO message app and called. No answer. Went to unit to see if door was unlocked with instructions inside. Someone was staying in the unit already. Luckily maintenance man was on site and helped get a hold of host and moved us to another unit. Love the location of the property. Very convenient to everything the Grove has to offer. Property management needs to do better on there end as as communication goes

    Dear Trey and future guests. Fortunately, you received everything we promised. A sparkling clean apartment, awesomely located, fully equipped, for a very good price, Unfortunately we received a bad review because you tried to check into a unit before receiving entry codes. Codes are generally sent by email and if you don’t receive them we copy them in the chat box. They are sent close to the check in time so customers do not enter early running the risk of bumping into another guest in the unit. Sometimes check in instructions are sent a tiny bit pass the time. Like in this oportunity. We are sorry. But 3 stars for a 30 minute delay is Unfortunate and unfair.
