Building needs paint job. There is a cleaner smell that gets into your clothes. The location is great. A lot of people in and out.

I will stay again, the property is nice, well situated, a lot of restaurants and grocery shopping stores just a few steps, the apartment isn't like in the pictures but they're clean and have everything you need, very comfortable, spacious and most of the guests are students, so its pretty quiet, I spent most of my 21 days in the room due to my health and have no complaints with noise or anything else, the personal is really nice and helpful, they're in the property Monday through Sunday until 5pm, everything I needed they solved, my experience checking in was a little upsetting but after that everything ran smoothly, definitely will stay again!!

Enjoyed My Stay

Enjoyed the stay only downfall was no heat. The nights were cold and when speaking to someone they stated they would have to heat turned up but lady in office stated they don’t have heat in any apartment. Also having to run the water for 10 minutes prior to take a shower.

Problem rental

I was very disappointed in this rental. There were constant problems the entire stay. The battery on the door went out (and never got fixed) leaving me stranded and locked out. The internet/wifi went out, the washer dryers went out, there were bugs to the point they had to come and spray on multiple occasions during my stay. Very disappointed!

Massively overpriced and looks nothing like the photos.

It actually didn’t look too bad before showing up, but our place looked NOTHING like the photos. Bed frame, sheets, top cover way different than what we had. Not sure where all those nice plates, glasses and place mats were. Couch was nothing like the photos, and don’t look forward to the pull out bed on the couch. It isn’t a bed, the couch cushions just extend. Fits 1 person. Bathroom was a dump compared to the photos. It is not a walk in shower, the tile and color doesn’t matter. Not sure where all the kitchen utensils are at, but surely didn’t have those. Extremely disappointing from what we were expecting. Only good thing was having multiple codes to get in for security. Although our door code was same as lobby so seems pointless. WiFi is also awful too

Property was on main hwy and adjacent to a major elevated railway line with a train every 8 minutes. Nowhere in the description did it mention that. And unbelievably the property was NOT where it was indicated on the map provided in the listing. It was listed as being on a back street 2 blocks from the hwy and 2 blocks north of the actual location. Couldn't sleep at all for 5 days with all the noise. After dawdling and forcing us to expend days chasing them and going back and forth between Expedia and Verbo, Verbo offered us a paltry $100 future credit and said that Verbo or the property manager Lockl would get back to us which they never did. The unit itself was not as per the pictures in the ad at all. It was run down down. It was not second rate or third rate but a heart break and the management obviously did not care to make even a show of trying to keep the unit and the hallways up to any standard of repair. Expedia and Verbo you should be ASHAMED.

affordable but poorly maintained

The location is okay and convenient, but I wouldn’t recommend this property for a woman staying alone—it didn’t feel very safe. The building itself has a neglected and run-down appearance, and the overall condition leaves much to be desired.We had a major issue during our stay: a water pipe burst inside the wall, causing severe flooding that soaked our belongings, including suitcases and clothes. To their credit, the management was responsive and allowed us to stay in another room for one night. However, there were no commercial dehumidifiers or proper drying equipment used, so I’m almost certain the property is now full of mold inside walls and floors. The affordability and the inclusion of parking are positives, but the overall experience was lacking. The kitchen was very poorly equipped—no pan, no salt or pepper, no kettle, and just the bare minimum of utensils. For anyone planning to cook, this could be a major inconvenience.In summary, while it’s affordable and okay for the location, it’s not somewhere I’d recommend unless improvements are made to the maintenance, and basic amenities. Be prepared that the AC is very loud.
