Ft Myers Cypress Lakes Pleasure

We enjoyed our stay and will return. Although we prefer a king bed, the master bedroom queen was comfortable. Family/Living room area is small however, the outside lanai area with pool/hot tub was very nice for relaxing and eating with family. Pool was awesome. Neighborhood is quiet.

Nothing to complain!

Great location, 20-30 minutes driving to the beaches. 15 minutes to downtown Fort Myers an Edison-Ford estates. Shopping outlets nearby. 1 hour to the Everglades. House has all we needed. Great pool and spa.

Owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Home is as described and pictured. Great option if in the area and needing a good place to stay.

Nice property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is located very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner is very responsive to any questions we had. We loved the pool. Had a very nice month of March 2024. It sure beats the snow and cold back home.

Very pleased with our decision to stay here. Location was close to shopping, golf and the beaches. Enjoyed sitting by the pool. Wishing the weather had cooperated more but still enjoyed. Will be back.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Perfect location

Quiet and relaxing

We found the home to be very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed to make our visit enjoyable. There are several excellent restaurants close by. If you are a fisherman, there is the Punta Rassa boat ramp just a few miles away. Sanibel Island is also a short drive, not to mention Ft Myers Beach is close by too. Don't hesitate to book this home.

We love this place!

This house is just as gorgeous as it looks in the pictures! I'm very picky about cleanliness Etc, and this was beyond my expectations. I was more than happy when I walked into the home. We were there with my son and his girlfriend and we really enjoyed it. Not to far from anything you would want to do location wise. When your booking your vacation if this house is available don't hesitate to take it. You will not be disappointed, and being able to use the pool and the hot tub jacuzzi in the evening or early morning really added to the experience of our vacation.

Home needed better cleaning. The spa and pool could not be used on the same day.

Enjoyed the home. Lots of ants in the kitchen upon our arrival. We bought tarro and it helped. There were very adequate cleaning supplies and am appreciative for that. We did buy hot pads for setting pans on and left them for future guests to enjoy. Thank you.

Ok stay

Pictures were a little deceiving. Master bathroom..very narrow space to get to the toilet. Maybe 12". Very awkward. Bed in master bedroom..VERY low to the floor. Difficult to get out of bed in the morning. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

The pictures show a clean home. The inside of the house was not covid clean. The shower curtain has mold, the jet tub dirty didn’t even use due to build up on jets that was green. Gutters filled with leaves , patio area dirty dead frogs.

Great location and accommodation

The house was very clean inside and out. Everything you could possibly need they had on hand. Having a washer & dryer available was great. Again, the house really had everything you would need. The screened in pool and spa was outstanding. The outdoor seating area and lanai was terrific. Loved the night light in the evening in the lanai area - plus the blue pool lighting (very nice touch). The location is absolutely excellent. Stores , restaurants, and churches are all nearby. 18 minutes to fort myers beach, 15 minutes to downtown Ft Myers, 20-25 minutes to Naples. Lastly, the host (Claudia) was terrific. She would return any question(s) we would have the same day. Bottom line -- we will stay there again without question. Loved it.

Not what we expected

We arrived late 11:30pm on Saturday night, when we walked In We were greeted with fresh flowers and a box of chocolates which was nice. We also noticed a camera in the living room and also in the pool area which is odd that we were not told there would be cameras in the house. Trying to get ready for bed our first night I pulled down the covers in the master bedroom and the white sheets were covered in black hairs, long and short and appeared to not have been washed. The next morning I woke up to wash all the sheets and left my kids to play in the living room. By the time I had the first load of laundry going my sons legs and hands were black from crawling on the floor. We then noticed mold in both bathrooms, ants on the kitchen counters and found three dead lizards in the home. I contacted the owner about the sheets, floors, ants and mold she was very nice in her response but basically said that the company claimed they did the cleaning and that was the end of it. No one ever came out to clean the home. In addition, the pool was only 67F when we arrived and had no solar cover, we turned the heat up but it took several days For to pool to get over 80F so we could swim comfortably. This is the 5th house we have rented in the area, the pools have always been set to 84-86 when we arrived and the houses have been very clean up untill now. To add to this I just received an email that our deposit is being refunded but the owner is subtracting $87 for addition electricity that we used, probably caused by all of the laundry and the pool heating. The location was good, close to shopping and beaches but the neighborhood was questionable at best, I would not walk by myself at night there. Also, The neighbor has a Pit Bull that barked at us every time we tried to go out in the pool area so we had to call the police but continued to get woken up by the dog barking at night during our stay. There was also lots of police or ambulance sirens on the main road one block away that woke us up most nights. Overall I am very dissatisfied with this property and would not recommend staying here.

Great stay in Fort Myers

I found the location, the house and its amenities to be just what we needed. The pool and hot tub were great to have during hot and humid weather. Nice neighborhood, close to everything we needed. Claudia was very responsive! I would stay here again next time I'm in town.

Great winter reprieve

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage!!

Ein wunderbares, schön eingerichtetes Haus, mit tollem Pool und Spa-Bereich, in ruhiger Nachbarschaft. Zu Weihnachten hĂŒbsch dekoriert, hierfĂŒr vielen Dank!!! Sehr gute Anbindung zum Strand, Shoppen und Golfen. Außerordentlich guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden sicher wieder kommen.
