Ft Myers Cypress Lakes Pleasure

We enjoyed our stay and will return. Although we prefer a king bed, the master bedroom queen was comfortable. Family/Living room area is small however, the outside lanai area with pool/hot tub was very nice for relaxing and eating with family. Pool was awesome. Neighborhood is quiet.

Nothing to complain!

Great location, 20-30 minutes driving to the beaches. 15 minutes to downtown Fort Myers an Edison-Ford estates. Shopping outlets nearby. 1 hour to the Everglades. House has all we needed. Great pool and spa.

Nice property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is located very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner is very responsive to any questions we had. We loved the pool. Had a very nice month of March 2024. It sure beats the snow and cold back home.

Very pleased with our decision to stay here. Location was close to shopping, golf and the beaches. Enjoyed sitting by the pool. Wishing the weather had cooperated more but still enjoyed. Will be back.

Pictures were a little deceiving. Master bathroom..very narrow space to get to the toilet. Maybe 12". Very awkward. Bed in master bedroom..VERY low to the floor. Difficult to get out of bed in the morning. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Home needed better cleaning. The spa and pool could not be used on the same day.

Enjoyed the home. Lots of ants in the kitchen upon our arrival. We bought tarro and it helped. There were very adequate cleaning supplies and am appreciative for that. We did buy hot pads for setting pans on and left them for future guests to enjoy. Thank you.

Great stay in Fort Myers

I found the location, the house and its amenities to be just what we needed. The pool and hot tub were great to have during hot and humid weather. Nice neighborhood, close to everything we needed. Claudia was very responsive! I would stay here again next time I'm in town.

Great location and accommodation

The house was very clean inside and out. Everything you could possibly need they had on hand. Having a washer & dryer available was great. Again, the house really had everything you would need. The screened in pool and spa was outstanding. The outdoor seating area and lanai was terrific. Loved the night light in the evening in the lanai area - plus the blue pool lighting (very nice touch). The location is absolutely excellent. Stores , restaurants, and churches are all nearby. 18 minutes to fort myers beach, 15 minutes to downtown Ft Myers, 20-25 minutes to Naples. Lastly, the host (Claudia) was terrific. She would return any question(s) we would have the same day. Bottom line -- we will stay there again without question. Loved it.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage!!

The pictures show a clean home. The inside of the house was not covid clean. The shower curtain has mold, the jet tub dirty didn’t even use due to build up on jets that was green. Gutters filled with leaves , patio area dirty dead frogs.

Be sure you are getting what you are paying. I had more to say down below about the pool but it Cut

OK I was reluctant to give even a review of this property And just wanted to move on and rememberA valuable lesson in the future when renting by owner. The house was pretty clean but could use a deep cleaning outside the 1st day we spent scrubbing the deck around the pool And spa area our feet were black and there was a lot of dirt in black mould soWe spent some time cleaning that up End the carpet that goes under-the-table In the pool area that was rolled up and put away To the side. When we Unrolled the carpet it was very dirrty with crumbs and food And so on. The guest bathroom shower did not Drain well and we had to buy draino Not a big deal. The master bath thrown toilet sometimes did not Fill with water and would not flush Well So you have to play with that from time to time. And you have to be careful in the master bathroom because law spot tub is so cramped in there Buy the toilet you can scratch your legs between toilet and tub tiles on the edge. Garage door opener was set in the mail after 2 weeks Being There in my one month stay. Not a big deal. Nobody really cared for the beds eze the owners I believe are from France And our European style beds which are low to the groundAnd very firm . Not a big deal. My biggest problem and disappointment came from the pool. The instructions for the pool were very confusing and when we got there the pool was ice cold. I notified the owner to help with pool instructions which they did And notice that it was taking days to get the pool up to A temperature that you could swim comfortably. I had contacted the pool company that maintenance is the pool in this is what I found out I had contacted the pool company that maintenance is the pool in this is what I found out. They said the day get a lot of calls from this property about the pool for the very same reasons I had and they said that they have told the owners that they need to upgrade their system. They have the cheapest pool plan possible the pool was a bit dirrty on the bottom inside that they do not clean it but once a month And I was there a whole month and they did not clean the pool bottom that was Sandy and gritty. They come in once a week and check the PH and add some chemicals And I saw one time they cleaned with a sponge on A-pole Just the top several inches of the waterline. I was having a lot of problem get in the pool to get warm a weekend gone by and we still could not get a good temperature so the pool company came over and said
