It was a nice and apartment it was the people above us running around through the night and playing music that bothered us, the walls were paper thin I heard every sound and and song they played, we only slept for about an hour

College Visit Tour

We recently stayed at this condo while visiting the area college for our Sr., and while there were some positives, we found the experience lacking in a few key areas. The good: The unit was clean, check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and easy to work with. The space has been updated, especially the bathroom, which was one of the reasons we chose this property. Communication with the host was smooth, and any questions we had were answered promptly. However, there were some concerns. Security felt lacking, with only a keyless entry and no additional deadbolts or latches. Our arrival was at night and unfortunately the only lighting outside at entrance was from the keyless entry key pad. We also found the pullout couch wasn’t properly outfitted with bedding, leaving us to strip the bed in the bedroom for our son. The kitchen was sparse, with no baking sheets and limited supplies, which made cooking difficult. Noise was an issue, with thin walls and frequent sirens due to the police station nearby. There were also some vehicles outside that seemed abandoned, raising safety concerns. This condo may work for those used to basic accommodations, but for traveling professionals or those seeking comfort, the lack of blackout curtains and noise may be a challenge. A few improvements, like additional bedding, more kitchen supplies, and better security, would make it more enjoyable. Booked a three night stay, left after night two; crashed w fam 2 hrs west.

Close to Schuster Center and simple drive

Our visit was quick but the place was just what we needed. Comfortable beds, all the necessary amenities.

Convenient stay

The place was a great size for 2 people without being on top of each other. This was convenient and worth the price for a short stay without the expectations of all the bells and whistles. Would of like to see a cleaner bathroom and bedroom. It seems like someone had not stayed their in a while, cob webs, dead bugs and fingerprints in a lot of places. But nothing so bad that it ruined that stay. Still would stay here again if needed.

Peaceful place to reset

This was a wonderful place to have as a home base. Safe, quiet neighborhood with secure entry. Only downfall was window air conditioner that leaks, but the place is so affordable, so I'm good!!
