Welcome to our newly updated bungalow. This beautiful home is located in Historic Linden Heights near Kettering and Downtown Dayton. Our two bedroom/1 bathroom home is cozy and offers many amenities. This beautiful home provides new linens, WIF, TV’s, and spacious kitchen and living room. Close to highway access, close to WPAFB, AF Museum, University of Dayton, MV Hospital, WSU. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Whether you stay for two nights or many, it provides the comforts of home.

The house was clean, easy to access, and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We didnt need them but there were things available for the baby (pack and play, and a highchair)Our host was quick to respond and very helpful.

This was a beautiful, clean, family oriented home with just the right coziness. I loved walking in the door to the big living room with a wonderful fireplace. The large kitchen was fully equipped. I would recommend anyone to make it your Ohio stay. It was in the center of just about anywhere you need or want to go.

Historic city bungalow recently updated offered privacy and space for a hospital recuperation in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood, convenient to downtown Dayton. Especially loved the strong shower and new couch!Appreciated the A/C, ceiling fans, porch and private drive/yard.Devona was responsive and considerate throughout the process and had a lot of great amenities included. Patio furniture in back would be a bonus add-on since the weather was very warm for October and none was available there for the firepit, grill or relaxing.

Lovely home with plenty of room, comfortable furniture, clean, and a well equipped kitchen with every spice that you could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. Devona was so nice and if we ever need a place to stay in Dayton again, we will stay here.

Property was clean, beds comfortable, and has a kitchen furnished with coffee, coffee maker, stove, microwave, full size fridge, dishwasher and a generous set of dishes and cookware. Basement had like new washer and dryer. The air conditioning worked well. Televisions in both bedrooms and living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This house is very well kept. The neighbors were friendly. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Found everything we needed without a problem. A very nice place to stay.

Great Little Bungalow

Great, little place with everything you need in a super cute package. The proximity to restaurants, WPAFB etc. was awesome! The longest drive we had was maybe 13 minutes. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first but we had no issues and was quiet for the most part. This is a great value and would absolutely stay here again! The host was awesome and gave us some great tips on good restaurants in the area. Also, do not miss the Air Force Museum

Great property just as advertised

Quiet neighborhood that was easily accessible from local freeway. Everything we needed was in the house. Far better and cheaper stay than any hotel would have been for us and our 8 year old grandson.

Clean but smoke smell

Bery clean and spacious. Well appointed kitchen. Neighborhood is ok. Only problem was old cold smoke smell. The owner was very responsive and provided an Odom machine. But it really did not do the trick. We did not stay much at the place but each time we came back it was very prevalent.
