Located in Historic South Park few minutes to University of Dayton, 4 blocks to historic Oregon District, Carillon Historic Park, Schuster Performing Arts Center, Wonderful Restaurants, Breweries, Coffee houses, Dayton Flyers, Dayton Dragons, Wright Brothers Museum, Metro Parks, US Air Force Museum , close to all interstates and downtown. Birthplace of Aviation, visit Orville & Wilber Wright’s home and tour where flight was invented!
The space
In The European inspired Studio Apartment, Rest & Relax on the brand New Memory Foam Queen size Bed with soft linens & comfy pillows. Enjoy WiFi, Roku TV. The Kitchen is equipped with small refrigerator & freezer, microwave, toaster, hot plate, coffee pot, crockpot, electric skillet, pots & pans, silverware, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cups, coffee service. Enjoy your lovely clean bathroom with great shower, soft towels, wash cloths, shampoo, body wash. Closet with hangers, laundry hamper, iron & ironing board.
Please note* Washer & Dryer is located in the Community room which is a shared space

We have a Farmers market on Saturdays you are welcome to visit. Go outside into backyard and then walk to the Farmers market next door. Informative food Classes held in Community room on Saturdays.

My stay at the European was very good. Linens, comfortable bed and cleanliness were excellent. Host is very responsive and helpful. Kitchen had solid basics which is always appreciated. Washer dryer available just across hall was great.

Room seemed clean but a/c was in a window at the head of the bed which would make it difficult to sleep. Curtains couldn’t be closed because of the a/c unit. Neighborhood didn’t feel safe for my wife. We found other lodging. Would not recommend.

Guest NEVER gave us a chance to move them to other lodging. I called him right away and he stated he was already at a hotel. We have 17 homes available if he was not happy, however everyone that stayed here before loved the studio. Also bed was used so Entire space had to be cleaned.

Great place & things to know

This apartment is very well appointed and stocked with everything you need for a stay of any length. The space is tucked next to and slightly under the house staircase, and has been well configured for living space. We had no issues with the hosts or what we found there. The location was perfect for our plans at UD Arena and the Convention Center. A few things that might matter that aren't in the listing: 1. It's the ground floor apartment of a house with 2 apartments above. 2. The entrance is just inside the house entrance. Easy access for this apartment, but you do hear all the comings and goings of others. 3. Plenty of parking can be found when you approach the property from the street behind the address. 4. This is in an old part of Dayton, and the neighborhood appears to be in transition from neglect to trendy historical restoration.
