The room was very clean and comfortable; everything in great order and it had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable. I meant to do some food prep for Thanksgiving but ended up doing it at our son's nearby but everything was there I would've needed. The area is a bit sketchy but we felt safe and secure. Thanks for the great stay.

Fairly priced and absolutely spotlessly clean property with a super responsive host. Near a great coffee shop and wine bar. Comfortable bed and extra pillows, fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice to stay

There was a little bit of confusion on how to actually access the place and that could’ve been just me and my thinking, however I did. I did finally gain access and the place was very clean. The pictures are very accurate. The property management people were very quick to communicate. If you need to navigate around the city, it’s very close to the highway interchange so you can get pretty much anywhere that you need to be quickly.. We were attending a local event and it was about 15 minutes away, so there was easy access to that..

A little confusing

The VRBO was great. When locating which door to go to I used the address but I should have gone by name. When I called the owner it was all quickly explained. We would go back.

Long weekend to visit family

Great accommodations for a great cost. Host is110% accommodating and available to help. Off street parking a definite plus. It is located just off of a highway so some traffic’s noise does bleed through but it did not detract from our stay. We will definitely use this host and this location again

Bigger than a hotel room, smaller price!

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The well lit parking area and gated entrance add to the sense of security. The ONLY detraction is the high amount of traffic, which lessens at night. It was not enough to deter me. In fact my wife and I are planning on coming back at Easter and want to book here again. My hostess Keri was very accommodating and prompt with responding to requests and inquiries.

Close to campus !

Went to Dayton to visit my kids at UD. Cozy corner was so close to campus ~1 mile . Place was clean, fully equipped and outfitted with spices and coffee. Close to restaurants in Oregon district. Talk to host who came over to meet me and show where parking was (back entry to Vrbo)

Clean and Efficient

Everything was as advertised. Traffic was a little noisy. Coffee shop and restaurants were within walking distance. The place was clean and bed was comfy. Met our needs just fine.

Our Return Home

Keri and Matt were unbelievably great hosts. Our place was clean and very convenient to all areas of the city. We aren't returning to Dayton in October and will stay at another one of their properties.

Clean, clean, very clean

My top priority is cleanliness whenever I stay away from home. This place was cleaner than my home. My only problem with the property was the location being a bit on the seedy side. That said, it was close to the Dayton Arcade where I was attending an event and we had no problems while staying there. Also, you might explain to future customers that the Google maps picture of the property is the front of the property and you access it by going around the corner and to the back.

Nice place near loud intersection

I was surprised finding this place. You'd never guess it was here. A decent little studio. The neighborhood is a little sketch (i know the neighborhood from previous experience) but you'd never know you were there while inside the apartment. The only real drawback is the intersection can be quite loud sometimes. This isn't something the owner of the property can't help so i wouldn't hold it against them.

Cozy Corner Cottage+

Stayting with Matt and Keri again and loving it! I have extended my stay for a while. Matt and Keri go out of there way to accommodate any needs you have no matter how big or small! Very clean and appointed. The king size bed is heaven.
