The living area is furnished with two new sofa, one being a pull out sofa bed. Stream movies or television shows on the flat-screen TV.

Updated coastal kitchen with stainless steel appliances will make it the best place to create incredible meals to enjoy with your friends and family around the table for six in the dining area.
BED & BATH
This two-story rental sleeps six guests in two bedrooms.
Sleep soundly on a king-size bed in the primary suite. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer lovely views of the back area. Relax into bed and enjoy the flat-screen TV to enjoy your favorite shows. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.Â
The second bedroom holds two queen-size beds. The second bathroom has a update walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Enjoy conversations on the back patio with seating for four while your group prepares delicious meals on the gas grill.Â
On-site amenities include:
-2 saltwater pools (unheated, open seasonally from February to October)

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer.
Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the open community lot. Street parking is not permitted.

Take a quick drive into Sea Pines and enjoy all the restaurants and shopping that Harbour Town has to offer. The iconic lighthouse is worth a visit!Â
Play a round of golf at Shipyard Golf Club (2 miles) or Arthur Hills Golf Course (7 miles).Â

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
