Very nice for the price. Comfortably fits 4. Air conditioning is loud in main bedroom (Dripping noises). Water damage on the walls and ceilings need repair. The kitchen is nice, furniture is comfortable, restrooms are nice. Good value stay

We had a great time staying at Ocean Dunes! Location of the condo was perfect - close to both the pool and beach - which was great when traveling with our five year old. The beach gear rental credit was a great added perk as well. The only reason this was 4 stars and not 5 was because beach towels weren't provided. We had to run out and buy some because we did not pack any. Typically they've been included in other beach homes we've rented.

Our Third Stay

This is our 3rd year staying in May at this property. Clean but could have had additional amenities, e.g., garbage bags and toiletries in guest bathroom which had been there in past years. Carpet on porch needs repair/replacement.

Great location

Loved the location. So close to everything yet quiet! Property was clean. Had what we needed. Slight hiccup with the code for the gate but the property manager was quick to resolve. Would definitely stay here again. (wouldn’t mind better pillows-but I think I’m just a pillow snob) Great place.

clean unit with nice view of pool area and ocean beyond, but requires some updates to kitchen cabinetssecond bedroom beds are small and closet space essentially unusuablemaster bedroom is comfortable, and master bath has been nicely updated nice access to beach, but wash station shared with adjacent marriott property is difficult to operate, doesn't drain well and as such your feet/shoes get sandy after washingadequate parking for all visitors to ocean dunesa/c units and kitchen appliances worked well

Great location but needs updating

The condo complex was very nice and the location is great! However, the condo itself needs some repairs. The paneling in the living room is pulling apart at the seams (in many locations). Also, the cabinet over the stove & microwave is missing cabinet doors. They should be replaced. The beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms are nice.

Great place!

Excellent location in Hilton Head, beautiful pool, just a minute walk to the beach and short walk or bike ride to shops and restaurants at Coligny. Rooms are decent sized with linens, nice bathrooms and towels, and a kitchen big enough for any cooking. Nice living room to hang out and a deck that looks out on the swimming pool area. Gated parking and easy instructions for checking in and pass codes. Note that the listing says washer and dryer but there isn't one in the unit - it's a shared, coin-operated laundry room one floor up. Management company was very responsive.

Beach view condo

We stayed for a week at this property. The condo was exactly as listed on VRBO. Check in went smoothly, condo was updated and clean and in a great location. Kitchen was well stocked with items to cook and eat with and had both a Keurig Duo and regular coffee maker. Appliances were easy to use. This unit in on the first floor and it and end unit so it was quick and easy to get to the beach. Property grounds were taken care of, it has a small pool for the condo residents to use. It is close enough that you could walk to certain stores and restaruants in the Coligny area.

Ideal Condo

First time staying at this condo in Hilton Head and it was a great week. When we received our check in code for the main gate- it was inaccurate. Thankfully another guest behind us was nice enough to give us the correct code so we could enter the parking lot. We also didn’t receive a code for the gate to enter the pool from the walkway to the beach. Outside of these two incidents, we really enjoyed our stay at this condo!

Property not as stated

Ad is decieving. It may be updated but needs work. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and decent but need updated and some fix up also. Main living area though, coach needs replaced as cushions are worn and you can feel the frame when sitting down. Also, you can tell building is getting a beating on the side as the drywall on the wall against outside wall is warping from water damage. With that we had a fight with bugs on night one but mgmt did get folks out to clean better and make sure things were better cleaned though could have been better cleaned to begin with. That said those walls need replaced. Also, beach gear and bikes are misleading. For beach gear you have a rental coupon but that only covers a certain amount of money and bikes are the same. They aren't free with rental. We will not rent again. Place got us through week but we don't have good memories of where we stayed.
