This beautiful 4 bedroom Remodeled Penthouse condo, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, can sleep 10 guests, having a Queen bed in the master bedroom, a King bed in the second bedroom, a King bed in the third bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the fourth bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the loft. There are 3 full bathrooms each with a hair dryer. The Kitchen has everything to satisfy all your cooking needs, eat indoors at the large dining table or BBQ your catch of the day on the spacious Patio while you are enjoying the beautiful view of Cabo San Lucas, the courtyard and pool or dine at the poolside 'Tres Amigas Cantina' Restaurant & Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at very reasonable prices. Quiet air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room keeps you cool during the warm summer nights. For your entertainment Flat Screen Smart TV,s are provided in the living room and all bedrooms; Netflix is provided free of charge on all TVs.
