Come stay at our comfortable and clean one bedroom basement suite. A 15 minute drive to downtown Calgary. Free street parking available. The hosts live upstairs but you have the entire private basement suite to yourself, with a side entrance. We also have 2 friendly dogs you might see in the backyard. There is a full kitchen for all your cooking needs. This suite is fully equipped with all the essentials, shower soaps and shampoo, towels, wifi, Netflix, laundry soap and your own personal washer and dryer.

Very neat, spacious basement apartment for a great price. Worked out perfectly for us, with the close proximity to the airport. Would definitely stay here again, if we are in area.

Suite was clean and the host was great. There was a problem with the furnace but it was rectified the next morning and refunded some of my money plus a nice bottle of wine. I would stay again on my next visit.

Fit the bill nicely

It’s not the Marriot but is perfectly adequate for anyone needing temporary lodging. Very clean with well equipped kitchen. I would stay here again:)

Home Base

I was in Calgary for the Rotary International Convention and I prefer a “homey” versus hotel experience. My five nights here were perfect: private entrance, full service kitchenette, laundry, private bedroom, 3/4 bath. It was absolutely everything I needed.

The property is well furnished and very clean. The sofa is a hide-a-bed which is convenient; but not overly comfortable as a sofa. They provided everything we needed. Having streaming services was a bonus.

Nice place to stay

Very large suite, very well furnished, well decorated and everything is there to make visitors comfortable. On the other hand, it is a little damp and lacks natural light, because it is in a basement. For a short stay it is perfect. Very quiet place.

Easy to get to property on the Eastern side of Calgary for a quick exit out of the City The area was very quiet and the host(s) were very responsive to all our queries. We very much appreciated the "extras" that were provided. In short very clean, very accessible and very reasonably priced

I enjoyed my stay!

Yash is an amazing host who paid attention to details. The property is very spacious, comfortable, and is stuffed with everything you can think of to make your stay comfortable; from free beverages, to towels, to Netflix and Amazon prime, to cutleries, to towels, to makeup remover for ladies

Calgary stay

The room was fantastic and as advertised, the area was very scretchy The dogs woke me up every night when the were walking around upstairs. One night the owner upstairs didn’t go to bed until 1:37 am and woke me up while he and his dog went to bed.
