Welcome to Turquoise C1408 in Orange Beach, Alabama. This beautiful 14th floor, 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath is a perfect vacation retreat for you and your family. Newly remodeled and never before rented, this condo is clean and immaculate! Located in Building C with over 2400 square feet of living space, this luxury condo features 10 foot floor to ceiling windows to offer the most breath taking views of the white sandy beaches and The Gulf of Mexico.

Enjoy preparing meals in this fully stocked, state of the art chefs kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, double door subzero refrigerator, 6 burner gas range, warming drawers and Keurig Coffee Maker. A separate wet bar area with under counter ice maker and wine cooler is the perfect spot for mixing your favorite beverage. Seating for 10.

Wake up to sunrise views of The Alabama Gulf Coast from The Master Suite. This condo, sleeping 12 includes a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom with a 60" Flat Screen Smart TV and seperate access to The Balcony. The Masterbathroom has a NEW separate glassed-in shower, stand alone jet tub, double vanity and wall mount smart TV. Guestbedroom 1 features 2 Queen Beds, with a Flat Screen Smart TV, an attached private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 2 features 1 Queen Bed and 1 set of Queen Bunk Beds, an attached private en suite bathroom with shower tub combo.

Comfort at its finest can be enjoyed in this Living Room. The leather Reclining Sofa and Reclining Chair are a sure way unwind and relax in front of the 70" Flat Screen Smart TV and natural gas fireplace. Also includes, a State-of-the-Art Stereo and Sound System. Local Digital Cable and Free Wireless Internet is provided. If that's not enough, enjoy an evening under the stars in the Private Hot Tub or lounging on the plush patio furniture. For added enjoyment a Rolling Flat Screen TV is available to catch a movie or your favorite game while you soak your day away. *Natural Gas Grill also provided on the Balcony.

Awesome stay!

This was a VERY spacious 3BR condo! Everything was very clean and stocked! We loved staying here and will definitely be back. We had zero problems, a gorgeous view, a hot tub on the balcony and felt safe and secure the whole time! Great condo!

Great place

Awesome place for a family. Pictures were spot on accurate. Lots for kids to do. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the ice maker. Close to everything. A storm knocked out the televisions and they sent a technician to fix them quickly. We will definitely be back.

Love the property, condo was very nice. Bed sizes were not as advertised but acceptable. Was thinking the extra bedrooms were queen size beds and not sure they were. Seemed like full size to us. Loved everything else.

A Gem on Orange Beach

This is a great condo. Plenty of room, well appointed, lots of amenities, great beach and close to lots of great restaurants. Did I mention it has a hot tub?

Great place!

Beautiful condo, great views and perfect location. Being picky but it was not communicated to me that we wereresponsible for consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. We will stay again but would've been nice to know. It was difficult to talk to property manager.

Turquoise at baseline is an 8/10. This stay gets that simply because of where it is. Lots of appliances don’t work and communication was horrible. We never heard from the rental company at all.

I've stayed in many VRBO condos & cabins. While there's never a lot of kitchen supplies stocked there's always the basics like salt & pepper. There's always some type of tools to clean the kitchen and some type of cleaning supply. Like sponges or scrub brushes or something? Some kind of cleaner like Clorox or Mr clean spray to clean the counters after cooking. There was absolutely nothing in this condo. It was well stocked with pots, pans silverware, etc, but nothing to clean with. There were 3 beach towels in the condo & not a whole lot of bath towels. So we were constantly washing towels so there were enough for everyone to shower. And we only had 7 people in a house that I believe sleeps 10. Anytime I've stayed in a beach condo or beach house there's always an over abundance of towels and beach towels, but not at this one. None of these things would deter me from staying here, it's a beautiful property & conveniently located to everything. But had I known, I would've brought my own towels!

The condo is very nice and has a great view! We would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was the dryer stopped working on day two, so we were unable to dry any beach towels or do any washing while on this trip! And you forget how much you use one, until its not available! The rental manager was responsive and did send a tech out to evaluate the dryer, but they had to order parts, so it never got repaired while we were renting the condo. The only other thing, was a pest control company came by to service the condo while we were staying in the unit, and they also sent a hot tub tech two different times to service it while we were renting the unit. All three visits were unannounced! It was not a big deal for us, but you would think these maintenance items would be scheduled when the condo is not under rental. But overall a great condo that we would stay in again!

Friends get away

Total waste of time trying to communicate with mgmt. 2 of 4 toilets literally unsafe/hazzard and liability issues for owner, to use. Master tv and “roll away tv, fireplace do not work. Literally totally ignored by owner /mgmt to remedy problems as well as fix billing issues where prices and fees were manipulated . . Luxury place with no beach towels, no “response within reasonable time frame during our stay”. Renters beware, if you want to throw away money and not get what is advertised then go ahead and rent. We would’ve come back but NOT. To unresponsive mgmt. If you want to use the grill you best bring your own utensils. If you want a towel for pool or beach, bring your own. Shows a gas fireplace but it doesn’t work. Why pay for amenities that do not work.? Why pay for essential plumbing that does not work and is not safe for children or adults. Why pay when you are ignored and are over charged. Once they have your money they will NOT RESPOND . Find another mgmt company that rents in the same complex that will give you a pool towel or blanket when needs . Spectrum is who is onsite . Stay away from sandcastle vacationsal.com. Shameful to take advantage of paying customers And TOTALLY IGNORE SAFETY CONCERNS. Not to mention not respect the customer to reply
. HOW RUDE. PLACE was CLEAN . But don’t be fooled by looks .. find another unit is this facility with a reputable company. They apparently do NOT WORK 7 days a week and thus apparently Screen calls and don’t call back.
