A 2-min walk to Commercial St., beach, or grocery store means you're close to everything, yet in a quiet spot with easy, off-street parking. The main floor includes a fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, half bath, queen sleeper sofa, sitting and dining area, and a 55" wall-mounted TV. On the second floor is an oversized room with a KING bed, large TV, full bath, work station, and private deck.

As everyone has mentioned, the location of this place is perfect! We parked and didn’t use the car till we left. Kevin is so pleasant and so fast to respond and help. He’s a joy! The unit is adorable and perfect for two. The bed is firm, if you like firm it’ll be great. It’s not rock hard though. (I hate when people say the bed is comfy as that tells you nothing really). Well stocked and appointed. Love the deck off the upstairs bedroom. I would 10/10 stay here again! Thanks Kevin and Matt!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment had everything and was nicely done The location and proximity to town was great. It was a perfect size for two people. The upstairs bedroom and deck were very nice. Close to town and commercial street and supermarket. We would certainly want to come back

Everything was as described. Overall a very nice experience. Very comfortable bed, great kitchen set up, great central location, nice deck, wine and coffee included. Some cleaning issues: Powder room floor didn’t appear to have been cleaned, sheets were clean but stained. Also, not an issue for us but upstairs toilet seems to run constantly.

Super cute, perfect location!

Excellent location in the center of town, but on a quiet street away from the crowds. Cute Cape Cod vibe, a great balcony, plenty of room for a couple, comfy bed, couldn’t ask for more. I almost don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want the secret to get out and make it harder to book my next trip.

Fantastic month stay

This well appointed, updated apartment was the first place for my partner and me to stay for a month. Comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, smooth communication with the host, and amazing location in the heart of town. Will definitely be back!

Spacious 2 story home in perfect location.

Two blocks to the beach/Commercial St. Right in the center of PTowns historic district (yet on a quiet street). Easy walk to the grocery store in town. Well appointed and clean condo that looks just like the photos online. Had everything I needed to feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and great location.

Perfect location. Comfortable home and accurate listing. Great communication and an even left a welcome wine. Cleaning fee seemed a bit steep given.

My partner and I stayed here and it was perfect. We could walk everywhere. The condo was well appointed. I highly recommend.

My husband and I have been coming to Ptown for a few years and have always stayed in the Historic District. Being walking distance to the grocery store yet also walking distance to Commercial St., the Boat Slip, and Gifford House made this location perfect. Our neighborhood is very quiet yet also so close to the action.

When we vacation we always look for King beds as we are two tall guys, and it was important for us to have a place in Ptown that we would be comfortable to vacation in. Space is at a premium in Ptown but we were fortunate enough to find a place that could fit a King bed. We hope you enjoy the added space that our place offers.
