Situé sur Standish Street dans le centre de Town, vous êtes à moins de deux pâtés de maisons de Commercial Street, du Wharf et de Ferries. Cette maison d'une chambre propre et confortable est au premier étage et fait face à l'arrière de la propriété donnant sur la cour surdimensionnée. La maison a été rénovée et comprend une cuisine complète avec des comptoirs en granit, une salle de bains avec baignoire / douche sur pattes et une chambre avec un lit KING Simmons Beauty Rest World Class. La maison est bien aménagée, y compris un téléviseur HD 32 ', des illustrations originales partout et des draps et des serviettes à nombre de fils élevé. Il y a des fenêtres Ac et un éclairage amélioré.

L'extérieur est une terrasse privée couverte avec un gril à gaz et une table avec des chaises. La grande cour est clôturée et pleine de jardins matures. The hosts were excellent communicators and were very helpful before, during, and after our stay! Our only complaint is the smell of the rental. It was very strong and we had to keep windows open as much as possible during our stay. The hosts did have spray to help with the odor and we used it daily. I’m sensitive to smells and allergies so I know it’s my personal preference. The location was perfect and very walkable! The accommodations and utilities of the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living area were great and much appreciated. Overall a great stay and thank you so much!

The apartment was the perfect size, clean with nice decor. A king size bed is difficult to come by when looking for a rental. This one happened to be very comfortable.The outside area was a plus with seating for guests. Highly recommend.

Lovely place

Very close walk to everything and yet so quiet and peaceful! Private yard with covered dining, cast iron bathtub, drawers and hangers for clothes, fully equipped kitchen, and colorful art throughout. We had a great stay.

Cozy apartment in great location

I had a great time staying at Vincent and Gordon's place. The location was perfect, and the apartment and yard were cozy. The check-in and check-out process were also seamless. I would definitely return on a future trip!

So many positive things to say about this place! Such a cute, comfortable home. Location was 2 blocks from Commercial St. Kitchen had anything you might need (sugar for our coffee that we forgot!) Bed was comfy and had all the pillows. The private backyard with grill was the best part for me. Enjoying coffee out there listening to the birds.Also, Vincent we really enjoyed your art work

We were able to extend our stay in P-Town last minute without any hassle. I found Vincent’s place and it was just as it was advertised. Perfect for us. Love the location and spaciousness.
