Ideally suited for families or groups, our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home promises a getaway filled with relaxation and outdoor excitement you may never want to leave. If outdoor living is your calling or more room is needed, we offer primitive tent camping; please inquire.
Situated amidst lush greenery, our estate boasts a picturesque, fully stocked 1.6-acre pond. It invites you to indulge in kayaking and fishing adventures right at your doorstep. Imagine spending lazy afternoons on the water, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature.

The stay was great!! The advertising of the house was as advertised in the listing.The house is in a great location with lots of space. The backyard was simply amazing and relaxing.

Little short get away

We absolutely loved our stay, we stayed out by the pond most of our time there! House was accommodating. How ever wished there were more things to use cooking wise in the outside kitchen! But 10/10 recommend!

Great property and pond

Beautiful property that felt like we were secluded and private but in Jacksonville. Home was comfortable and clean. Our dog absolutely loved the nice yard. Would definitely rent this property again while in the area.

Great! Great! Great!

We were originally coming in for a couple of days at Christmas to be with our adult kids. But our grandchild decided he wanted to be born closer to Christmas so we had to extend our stay. We contacted Jamie and she was able to accommodate the extra days and made the change very easy. It was a great Christmas! We hope to stay again so we can take advantage of all the fun things to do outside... :)

Amazing Property

We stayed at this property for my mother in-laws 70th birthday party. There were six of us in our party, plus two dogs and everyone had such a great time, even the dogs. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed upon arrival. There are games to play, a tv in every room and plenty of room in the yard to play games and enjoy the outside. Our dogs particularly loved chasing the ducks around (and sometimes in) the lake. There is a fire pit outside, with wood and an outdoor kitchen area. The hosts were very responsive anytime we needed anything. It felt like a home away from home. Easy access to the interstate and a quiet neighborhood. I will be back in the summer time and I will be staying here again.

Place is a dump in a dump of a neighborhood. Pure hood. Would never bring my family into this area.

Dump. Trash. Walk in and right back out. Have refused payment with credit card company. I am not paying for this dump.

Relaxing and rejuvenating weekend

Everything was as advertised.The property was easy to find, and checkin was simple and painless. The first impression upon entering is that the place had been recently and thoroughly cleaned. The kind of clean that prompts you to leave your shoes by the door.Second impression is that the kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked. If you’re traveling with a family, you’ll find everything you need, except food (and check the cabinets before you hit the supermarket). The property is equidistant between a Winn Dixie and a Publix, about a 7-10 minute drive to either one.We’ve stayed at about 60 vacation rentals over the years, and this one was, by far, the most thoughtfully planned and well executed rental we’ve stayed at. Even connecting to the wifi was a breeze. Did I mention how well-equipped the kitchen is? They even thought to include a meat thermometer for grilling. There’s a half-dozen nonstick skillets in various sizes, and a cast-iron one for you purists. Pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils, even a corkscrew. We always end up buying at least one kitchen tool when we stay at a vacation rental, but not here.The neighborhood is absolutely peaceful. We didn't hear a peep from the neighbors.We were there for only a couple of days, so didn’t have a chance to fish. But rods, reels and basic tackle are provided (there’s even a worm farm for bait), as is firewood and propane for the grill and flat-top griddle.Highly recommended.

This neighborhood is in a small, little, and safe community that reminded me of my home town. ALL the neighbors are super awesome and friendly. The previous owner is a great friend I have known for years; this was where he was born and raised. It is a property that has everything yet close to it all too.

5 acres with a stocked 1.6acre pond. Offering outdoor activities for all ages and families. It's like a resort once you enter, you never really have to leave.
