Experience the charm of Old Pagosa in this thoughtfully renovated three-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage — where historic character meets modern comfort.

The master bedroom features a king-size Tempur-Pedic bed, while the two guest rooms offer a queen and a full-size bed, each with its own closet. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, and a full-size washer and dryer is available for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal — from a 12-cup coffee maker to pots, pans, and mixing bowls. A dining table seats six comfortably. The living room invites you to unwind on a cozy sectional, curl up in an armchair by the wood-burning stove, or catch something on the smart TV. Rainy day? A variety of games are on hand for the whole group.

Outside, two fully fenced yards offer plenty of space to relax and roam. The backyard features a 6-foot privacy fence, a doggie door, a six-person hot tub, and sectional patio furniture — perfect for soaking under the stars. Open the side gate to connect both yards, giving your furry friend plenty of room to explore.

For longer trips, Mountain Express Transit (MET) offers local bus service Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with stops just minutes away including South 8th & Apache, Town Hall, and the Library. Tickets available on the Token Transit app.

Please note: Pagosa Springs does not have Uber or Lyft. Local taxi and shuttle services are available, and the nearest regional airport is Durango-La Plata (DRO), about one hour away.

🐾 Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a $40 fee, with a limit of two. We ask that pets stay off furniture and beds, and that you supervise them during your stay. Excessive pet hair or messes discovered after checkout may result in additional cleaning charges — thank you for helping us keep the space comfortable for all guests!

🕓 Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for $15 per hour, subject to availability — just reach out to confirm with our team in advance.
