During your stay, you’ll have access to a variety of fantastic amenities, including: -A serene lazy river for ultimate relaxation -A lively pool with a water slide -A kids' playground for hours of fun -An indoor arcade for all ages -An ice cream parlor for sweet treats -A restaurant and tiki bar for convenient dining and drinks -All of these amenities are included in your resort fees, so you’ll have plenty to enjoy throughout your stay. The resort is also just a short drive from the Disney Parks and other top Orlando attractions, making it an ideal home base for your vacation. The best way to connect with me is by sending a message via AirBnB. I usually reply back right away! Upon arrival, there is a required fee of $23 per night (NOT per person) that you’ll pay at the front desk during check-in. This fee covers 24-hour security, parking, and full access to the resort amenities, including the pools and lazy river. Each guest will receive a wristband, which grants access to all resort amenities throughout your stay and provides entry through the guard gate to the property. Please note, this fee applies even if you do not plan to use the amenities, as it also helps support other resort services. For parking, there is free off-street parking available in the driveway for up to two vehicles. If you need additional parking, paid guest parking is available at $10 per night and can be arranged at the front desk upon arrival.

The process with Dan from start to finish was very easy. Dan is a great communicator and the one time I called him answered immediately. We travelled as a family of 6 and it was just the right size for us. Enough seats at the table, 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Out side the property there’s a few chairs to sit at and enjoy the morning sunshine. 2 parking spaces on the drive. I would hesitate in recommending this host and property.

The house is very good for spending time with the family, it has parking for two cars, the kitchen has its amenities for cooking, we had a great time, the owners are very responsible and respond quickly to any concerns, thank you very much, we had a great time.

We sincerely appreciated the transparency of the host as well as the true reflection of what to experience once we arrived…our children absolutely loved it, we admired the ample space and the amenities that kept them engaged as we embarked on our different adventures…thank you for thinking ahead of your guests and preparing a space that a family could genuinely feel welcomed…the proximity to all of the shopping and attractions was also the highlight of the location…it was a pleasure!!

Great Stay

The property was exactly as described. The host was responsive to outreach and remedied any concerns immediately. The home was clean and anything we needed was there. The area was quiet and easily accessible to the supermarket and dining options. There were no concerns that would prevent a repeat visit.
