This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths and is set up to sleep 12. The bedding arrangement is: upstairs master (king) with luxury bathroom, downstairs master (king) with ensuite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room perfect for the kids consisting of 2 double beds and 2 twin beds.

This home sits perfectly positioned on the waterfront lot for breathtaking panoramic views in all directions. Relax on any of the front decks and enjoy the ocean views. With sound side decks, you can watch the boats go by on the ICW, the fish jump, and the birds wade delicately through the marsh. The private dock is great for fishing, crabbing, and shrimping and will also allow for small watercraft docking (canoes/shallow bottom boats etc.). On the left side of the dock, you will find a deck for kayak and paddleboard entry. Finally, head down to the covered area and enjoy a swing while your cares are carried away with the breeze.

As you enter the home from the ground level, take the elevator to make unloading your luggage and groceries a breeze. Let your vacation begin!

As you move up to the second level, you will find the downstairs master with private bath, queen, the bunk room, and the shared bath with double sinks and separate shower/water closet. All rooms have spectacular water views.

Moving up to the third level, you will find the main living area where the views are unbelievable. A large living room with vaulted ceilings is well appointed with a leather sectional and seating for everyone. You may never stop gazing out the windows, but there is a flatscreen TV should you decide to.

The modern kitchen awaits with high-end appliances, quartzite countertops, plentiful cabinetry, and all the finest touches. A Monogram dual fuel range, French Door Refrigerator, under counter microwave drawer, and large open sink will make for effortless meals. Two dishwashers and two trash centers will make cleanup remarkably easy. Food and drink storage will not be an issue here with two beverage centers, a built-in ice maker, and a whole wall beside the fridge to use as a panty. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations, including countertop appliances such as a coffee maker and toaster. The large center island has seating for 5 with an ocean view.

The large designer dining area accommodates the whole family and boasts some of the best views of Topsail Island around. This is also a great spot for participating in family board games. The grand master suite on this level is equipped with a king bed and large private bath. The bath has a freestanding tub, double vanities, and a separate water closet. The walk-in shower is sure to delight after a day of activities with a Kohler Statement rain shower, showerhead, and body sprays. You will also find plenty of room in the walk-in closet. This master also provides direct access out to a private balcony where you will find comfortable seating for enjoying those glowing evening sunsets.

The outside activities are endless. Enjoy a splash in the private pool. There is plenty of seating for everyone while you grill out and enjoy some conversation under the umbrellas. This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
