This property is versatile, and located within a short drive from the parks, restaurants and luxury golf courses. Situated just minutes from Champions Gate, with easy access to I4, shopping, supermarkets, this home offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility.

When it's time to call it a night, retreat to one of the four cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding and ample storage space. Two bathrooms ensure there's plenty of room for everyone to get ready in the morning, with one even featuring a luxurious soaking tub – perfect for unwinding after a long day of adventures.
At this property we care about your comfort and want to make sure that our guests have a good sleep, hence all the linens are Egyptian cotton. 4 bedrooms have a smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite shows. Every bedroom has a closet with hangers, where you can fold/hang your clothes to prevent them from wrinkling, there is also an ironing board and an iron.

KITCHEN:

BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED KITCHEN, with a custom WATERFALL island featuring integrated quartz sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic things for cooking (spices, oil, etc), including pots, pans, coffee, tea, a Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ set for the grill outside. Everything you may need in order to make a delicious meal or light breakfast will be there.


LIVING ROOM /DINING ROOM

Relax in the spacious living room, complete with a large 65” TV, plush seating couch and a welcoming atmosphere for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
Share meals and create memories in the elegant dining area, with a table that comfortably seats six people, with a possibility of adding two more chairs.

POOL/BACKYARD:
Dive into relaxation with our private pool, perfect for a refreshing swim or lounging under the Florida sun. Fire pit and outdoor TV are perfect for a cozy evening while enjoying BBQ with your family/friends.
Pool heating is available at 40$/per day.
Feel free to travel with pets, especially dogs, because this house offers a partially enclosed backyard for your fluffy family members.

GAME ROOM:

Game room offers karaoke, and X BOX along with a cool steering wheel, and a standalone bar. Air Hockey is a perfect game for any age that would make you feel competitive and fun. Take some amazing pictures at the photoshoot area created specially for those who hate boring pictures at the pool :)Have fun and forget about everything.
