Host was super easy to communicate with, very nice and accommodating. Property was very nice and clean. Hot tub and pool were clean but don’t neglect to pay for them to be heated! (We only lasted one day without heat!!)

Great house - felt right at home! Very clean and comfortable for our family of 5 although it could easily fit 4 more with two unused rooms. Kids enjoyed the playroom and the pool. The backyard is very private which is extremely relaxing making it a fantastic experience! The host was very responsive. Would definitely consider coming back here again!

We had a great stay! We loved the layout of the house, the perfect set up for our group of 10 and very clean. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The pool was very warm and the hot tub was hot and the jets were relaxing. The house is in a quiet part of the neighborhood which is a huge plus. We loved going to the neighborhood resort for lunch and to have a cocktail by the pool. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The host was excellent, very easy to communicate with, any issues we had were addressed right away. We understand a cleaning crew takes care of the house and that’s something that needs to be addressed. The pool area had other’s belongings at the pool still, the pool was green upon arrival, someone’s suit liner was on the side of one of the beds at arrival, the beds hadn’t been stripped and washed as there was hair in between sheets, caked on dust on bed frames, behind toilets was filthy, the master bath had a horrible smell of mold, there was a roach problem and needed an exterminator to come. On our last day there was another one found in the house. Over all our host was fantastic, but the cleaning crew needs to do a much better job. Access to the resort is terrible, most times it would take 10 minutes to enter. The ice machine was also covered in black mold

The property was just as advertised. We specially enjoyed the layout of the house as everyone was able to have a room with a bathroom which was very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious for multiple people cooking at the same time. Were not able to enjoy the pool because of the cold weather which prevented the pool from heating but the backyard was very private and we were able use the grill and gather as a family. We were also able to enjoy the playroom in the garage for fun family nights. The host was always available and the check-in at the community was very easy and fast.

Great house with lots of room!

Our family stayed over Spring Break. Beautiful home in a gated community. Pool was great, when heated…sun from morning until around 5 which was perfect. Close to Disney and shopping/restaurants. Never got the chance to use the resort amenities but looked nice!

Family Getaway

We love the Solterra Resort and had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was bigger than the pictures showed, too. We had more than enough space, the pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the property manager was great about answering any and all questions we had. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Great stay

Overall great experience. House was very roomy. Pool and hot tub were super clean. The host was very responsive to messages. Only minor downside to the stay was that there is only one entrance in and out of the resort. At times, it was very busy and chaotic at the gate.

Family Holiday Vacation

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children in their 20's) thorougly enjoyed our stay at this property. The pictures and description of the property were completely accurate. The check in process was seamless and our host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We paid the additional fee for pool and spa heat and enoyed the backyard pool area almost daily. I would highly recommend this property!

Clean, larger than expected. Great for joint families to have their own rooms with a great common area. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. Traffic getting into the complex is frustrating but beyond the hosts control.

Family and friends vacation to Solterra resort. First time to Davenport area.Very lovely resort. Well maintained homes in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to from MCO Orlando Airport. Bonus beautiful water park for the kiddos. Great communication with property owner. The home was lovely, clean and spacious. The pool with jacuzzi spa was clean and heat for spa worked well.
