The house was clean, roomy, with plenty of bathroom towels and linens. The pool is small but was perfect for us. Game room is in the garage area. We only used it once for a few minutes. Too hot in the garage. The kitchen is stocked pretty well. But no crockpot/slow cooker. We bought and left a cookie sheet. Also no grill available. The house air conditioner can not be set lower than 74 degrees which was a little warm for our family. But overall it was a great place and we would rent this house again.

Actually, we enjoyed our stay and if we go down there next year, we’re gonna try to get the same house. They were very good and they communicated well. The only problem we had and they try to help us with this. We never really got heat for the hot tub, minor thing, but something we paid for.

House was clean great space for a large family, pool was 3/5. Water was clean and clear but had a lot of bugs floating in it screens need cleaned some need replaced. There is a lack of trash cans not a big deal but in the bathroom it is definitely needed. If you plan on cooking bring seasoning. Basic salt/pepper not provided either. I would rent again just a few minor things that could be added to make the home even better.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Home is in a great location with easy access to restaurants and shops. The house was in good shape, although we did notice a few things that needed to be addressed. Management was very responsive and helpful and all of the things we asked for were attended to promptly. Would stay at this home again.

Cute and comfortable

The house is very cute and comfortable. Lower rating was only because the pillow shams noticeably hadn’t been washed nor the garage hang out area. It has just enough dishes/utensils.

Great house and location.

Clean house with everything you need. Great location. I didn’t like having to go to the Florida Spirit office to get the key to the clubhouse and return it to the office before Friday at 5pm. I’ve stayed in The Shire multiple times and never had to run for then clubhouse key. Not convenient or explained before or after booking this house.
