Lakeview House w/ 3 bdrm & 1 bth - newly renovated

Welcome to Lee's House! Newly renovated 3 bedroom /1 bath with a beautiful deck to enjoy the lake view. Less than 1 hour from NYC, enjoy your staycation in this newly updated home with a beautiful lake view while creating wonderful memories. Walking distance to some of the lake's top attractions such as Jefferson House, Windlass, Alice's, Miss Lotta, Lake Hopatcong Adventure Co & Golf Club.

THE SPACE
Lee's House is newly renovated to with a bright & airy feel and we can't wait for you to experience it!

There are 3 bedrooms. The 1st floor master bedroom sleeps 2 with a king bed. On the 2nd floor, the first bedroom sleeps 1-3, with a bunk bed that has a twin on top, and 2 twins or 1 king on the bottom (your choice). The other bedroom sleeps 2, with a queen bed and walk-in closet. Each bedroom has a fan & AC. We are a child-friendly unit, if you need of a Pack n' Play and/or highchair, please let me know and we will have it setup upon arrival.

Enjoy the spa-like bathroom with a bubble bath or a separate standup shower - your choice! Get cozy in the living room on the sleeper sofa (turns into a double bed) while enjoying the electric fireplace, 55" Smart TV and overlooking the lake across the street. We offer Disney+ & Hulu to all our guests, feel free to log into your own accounts for other streaming services. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen tools & essentials. As a chef myself, I wanted to make sure one has the tools to make anything they want to. If there is something specific you are looking for, please reach out to me!

Ready to BBQ? We have an outdoor dining table, dinnerware, and a grill ready for you. We also have an outdoor fireplace.

There is no street parking. There is a designated driveway which can hold a 2-car max. NOTE: If you have more an 2 cars, please reach out so I can coordinate prior.

We are located within minutes of lake activities for you to enjoy. Walking distance to some of the lake's top attractions such as Jefferson House, Windlass, Alice's, Miss Lotta, Lake Hopatcong Adventure Co & Golf Club. There are multiple marinas within minutes driving where you can rent a boat or launch your own. We are 5 minutes away from Lee's Marina, another park where you can launch your boat for a daily fee. The best place to swim is at Mt Arlington Beach or Hopatcong State Park. Please check out my guidebook for more marina & swimming locations in the area.

Looking for a memorable experience? We offer culinary experiences such as a private chef to make a birthday dinner even more special, have a ladies night with wine & chocolate dessert making, or order a custom treats/charcuterie boards. Please reach out to me for more details.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have use of the entire unit except for the basement and cleaner's closet, which are locked. You have full access to the backyard and deck. Please note the property is share with a guesthouse and a studio. In which, access is not permitted (unless you are renting it too). Smoking is not permitted in the house. You can smoke outside in the backyard and deck.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Lee's House is a peaceful getaway by the largest lake in NJ. The lake is my happy place and I am delighted to share all the beauty this area has to offer with you.
