Wake to woodland views, whip up breakfast in the kitchen, and sip coffee on the front porch while watching for wildlife, or stroll down to nearby Lake Tomahawk to see the ducks and take in the scenery. The screened-in porch is the crown jewel of this modern escape, offering the perfect spot for everything from farmhouse-style dinners to board games and TV lounging. Rain or shine, it's an inviting space to spend long afternoons enjoying the outdoors from the comfort of inside.

This is our second vacation in Black Mtn and the Outside Inn did not disappoint! It had everything we needed and more - it isnt often that a house comes equipped with basic cooking supplies and coffee items. Much appreciated. We even used some ziplocks and replenished them.. when you’re traveling, especially for a week, it’s nice to have little extras. The cabin was very clean, cool, cute and functional. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside because we were either on an adventure or on the FABULOUS porch! We lived on that porch! The location cannot be beat either. We like being by the lake and golf course because we like to walk. Speaking of walking, our pup enjoyed the cabin life too - so glad it was pup friendly! He loved snoozing in a sunny spot on the porch! We don’t have a fenced in yard so it was such a luxury to have a fenced in yard! We loved the Outside Inn!
