Ana amazing value and great host.

Juat really impressed with how many great restaurants and stores are within 2 miles. Just can't beat the value of this stay.

Perfect location

Stayed for a concert at Ovens Auditorium. Lots of food and coffee options near by and close to the auditorium!

Clean older apartment with updated furnishings & decor.

The apartment was clean. I liked having my car parked right outside the door. It was nice having both bedrooms upstairs. There were TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Location was very convenient to the Filmore music venue.

Overall, I would rate it a four out of five stars, but the garbage disposal did not work, and it was a truly bad odor that came out in the kitchen area, the air conditioning worked great downstairs, but the temperature upstairs with at least 12 difference, had to crank it up in the evening to get by while sleeping. Also, the coffee maker worked half the time, they may want to upgrade, but I would definitely stay there again, everything else was pretty good

The unit smelled strongly of marijuana when we first opened the front door upon checkin. We later figured out that it was coming through the vents from the neighbor. The carpet throughout is very dirty. I walked around in my white socks and they were dark brown on the bottom after one evening. The walls are very thin, you can hear people on both sides. The metal artwork on the wall makes a loud bang every time the neighbors close their doors. I was charged 115 cleaning fee and was still expected to wash the dishes and take out the garbage.

Comfy beds, good location

The best thing was the very comfortable beds. The kitchen was stocked with essential cookware, spices and seasoning. It was in a convenient location and felt safe. It is a little hard to get in and out from the property onto the main road as there is no light and it is across busy traffic. It had mostly everything we needed. There were no shower toiletries provided and the downstairs bathroom was missing hand soap. It was cute and clean but definitely a bit of general grunge and old age showing. Overall, worth it for the price and I would stay again.
