Charming Beach House with Ocean View

Step inside to our beach house. Located on the west side of town near the Tiki Bar, this beautiful 3/2 home is perfect for your beach get away! Inside, be captivated by the open concept, fabulous kitchen, and an island with additional seating. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils and various appliances. All brand new furniture. Making your way down the hallway, this unit offers a full size washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom features a king- size bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is perfect for kids with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed with a full on bottom and Twin on top. No tv’s in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. Bedrooms have new bed linens, complete with sheets and blankets. Bathrooms are stocked with bath towels and beach towels.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the large covered front deck with a partial ocean view or your evenings downstairs at the tiki bar. Burnin’ Daylight has it all for your Crystal Beach getaway.

Comfortable house that met our needs. Only minor complaint was there was no laundry detergent when we wanted to clean sandy beach ware. A short drive to the big store was in order to purchase some. Overall we were happy with our stay

Cute house with great beach access. The furniture and beds were conformable. The kitchen and bathrooms were large. The owner was easy to work with.

The house was very clean and just enough room for my family. I did have to call Melissa a couple of times and she answered quickly and put my minor worries at ease. I especially enjoyed the fact that the beach was just a short walk. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Beautiful Home in the Perfect Beach Location

Home was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable setting, and amenities. Short walk to the beach. Easy checkin. As these homes are all on stilts, be prepared for going up and down the staircase.

The kitchen has lots of broken utensiles. The stove top was broken on arrival but still worked so no issue there. The corn hole would have been nice with actual bags. The washer boards were nice but no washers. The string lights are in dire need of replacement. The down stairs area was overal nice just lacked lots of operation lighting and the chimney was broke. Overall the house was great we were only there to sleep so it worked out well. The host was quick on response when booked. Asked to be notified on departure which occurred 24 hours early no response.

Great host

We arrived and had a few issues but the host was great at communicating and finding solutions. Minor issues really and they were fixed so no need in going into detail. It was just so great to have a host that responded to messages and wanted to make things right as quickly as she could. It’s a nice house in a good location. We would stay again!

The house was in a great location. Close to the beach! Nice house. Found it odd there was a for sale sign in the yard though. Few minor issues like wifi wouldnt connect to master bedroom no matter what we did but we were fine without it. Swing under porch was broke. Realized that after we sat in it! You could tell its been broke awhile. Owner supplied linens and towels. Sheets were fine. Towels were old and stiff. Text owner when we left and sent pics of swing just so she'd know. No response. Dont think she really cared since the house is for sale.

Verry unprofessional, apparently this property is shared w a divorced couple. We were double booked and were canceled because the other party scheduled since jan. The host/hosts did nothing to help us relocate or anything niether did vrbo . Hopefully they get it together and this dont happen to any one else we were left w no where to gonw our kiddos and had to return to our home, this totally ruined pur vacation!

!!Be aware!! This place is for sale but our expectation was high. The stairs had nails coming up everywhere. There was a broken swing which we were told the previous renters broke. Our family had a big house on the beach we only slept here. To my surprise when we got home I had a claim against my insurance for a broken stovetop. We never cooked. Or used the kitchen. Our time was spent at the other house. This property manager made a false claims against my insurance. I cleaned and wiped everything down regardless of not using it because it was not clean when we arrived. I did not complain cause all we needed were showers and beds. The place is not kept up. No working TVs Bunk beds are not stableRoaches small and big, spiders all over Dirty dishes in cabinets Sand everywhere when we arrivedIncomplete utensilsLeaking pipes and shower head down stairs. Beds were old and uncomfortable If you rent here take pics and videos!
