Escape to our cozy MOHWAK KUDIL in the heart of the Poconos for a relaxing & refreshing autumn retreat. Surround yourself with vibrant fall foliage, breathe in the crisp mountain air, and unwind by the fire after a day of exploring the golden beauty of the season. Your perfect fall getaway awaits!

This beautiful retreat boasts 5 spacious bedrooms & 3 bathrooms.

Outside, enjoy autumn evenings in style with a crackling outdoor fire pit, a soothing hot tub, a rejuvenating Jacuzzi, and a private swimming pool (for those brisk but refreshing dips).

There is minimum of 3-4 nights for holidays and weekdays, ask me before booking. Please note that I require to book the whole holiday weekend. There is NO check in or check out on Saturdays or holidays. There is 2 nights minimum for weekend and 3 nights for weekdays or holidays. If you want to book 6 months in advance, please ask before booking.

We can not accommodate pets at this moment. Please excuse !

This community has five lakes and provides plenty amenities such as lake beach access, swimming , fishing , boating and so on, however but it is subject to the rules and regulations of the HOA

Guest can access entire home except basement, outdoor shed and few closets which is locked to keep some of our utility stuffs.

After booking, you will be contacted in order to register your group to the community. In order to use the community amenities such as Pool, Spa, Beach etc, a seperate wrist band must be purchased at the community office. The wrist band cost is $10 each.

☀ Our house is featured with private pool and hot tub at the backyard. The rules are posted on the premises. The private pool is seasonal and open only for Memorial to Labor day weekends
☀ Cozy propane fireplace in the living room & Wi-Fi
☀ Washer + dryer with detergent provided to complete a few loads.
☀ 65'' Smart TV with sound bar and subwoofer system (no cable, you would have to use your own Netflix, Amazon Prime account)
☀ Free onsite parking in the driveway for up to 7 cars.
☀ Kitchen is provided with basic cookware's, utensils, cutleries, rice cooker & coffee machine.
☀ Full size pool table, ping pong, Arihockey tables and Video games are available in the game room also kids board games are available
☀ 8 Chairs dining table & 4 high chairs break fast tables are available in the 1st floor
☀ Cozy sofa and love seats are available in living room, Patio furniture & Firepit setup

House & Community Rules:
☀ This is not a PARTY HOUSE. Minimum AGE Limit for all Renters – 26 years old (except families traveling with their kids). No proms please. The person that is on a rental agreement, must be present at all time. You can have up to 15 people (adults and kids). Your reservation will be canceled without a refund. All bookings must be 4 days in advance for community notification and access, thank you for understanding. Please note that only registered people will be allowed to go through the gate (up to 15 people). Valid DL and Car registration is required at the gate.

☀ Please respect the surrounding neighbors. Loud music and boisterous activities should be kept minimum, quiet hours begins at 10 PM. Any violation will result removal of all the quests and cancellation of the reservations. The booker will be responsible for any penalty/fine incurred due the violation of any community rules during the stay

☀ The community amenity rules and schedule are subject to potential changes, particularly in the event of unforeseen circumstances, as determined by the community. We have no direct control over these alterations. By booking this home, understand that we are not obligated to offer compensation or refund for cancellation.

☀ Max 10 badges will be given to guests to access community amenities like pool, lake etc. Ages 0-6 doesn’t need this badge. Please return all the badges on your check-out. Any loss of badge will incur penalty of $25 per badge

☀ No smoking inside the home; smoking is allowed outside. No littering in hot tub and pool. Subject to $250 fine.

☀ Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $3000 per violation.

☀ The primary guest in the rental agreement is responsible for any damage in the property during the stay

☀ We are not liable for any injuries that occurs in the premises

☀ IDs and security deposits when applicable will be requested after booking

☀ We have the right to report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud
☀ Guests must obey all traffic regulations including: stop signs and our 25mph speed limit

☀ Beware that there are plenty of wild life. You should never leave food outside unattended. There's bears, deer's, skunk, and foxes. Please to make sure to close the door and screen doors behind you.

☀ No hunting is permitted within the confines of community, violators will pay a fine $500

☀ No Parking on the lawns and septic tanks violators are subject to the penalty.

☀ Fireworks are strictly prohibited within the boundaries of the Indian Mountain Lake Community due to safety measures

☀ Pool and Hot Tub Rules are posted on the premises and must be followed. We are not liable for any injuries that occurs in the premises
