Nestled in Denver’s historic Park Hill neighborhood, this charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest house features a private, pet-friendly fenced flagstone patio. Conveniently located within walking distance of vibrant restaurants, cafes, and markets, it is just 1 mile from City Park, the Denver Zoo and the Museum of Nature & Science, and 10 minutes from downtown Denver, making it an ideal home base for exploring the city. Perfect for solo travelers or couples, this newly renovated space features an exceptionally comfortable 12” green tea cooling mattress for a restful night’s sleep, a full bathroom with heated large-format porcelain flooring, and a fully equipped kitchenette stocked with a coffee bar, ice maker, electric kettle, toaster/convection oven, microwave, portable induction stove, rice cooker, slow cooker/instant pot, and all essential cookware and utensils (all brand new!). Each of the two floors feature a 50” Roku TV and premium sound bar, providing seamless access to your streaming accounts, with guest logins automatically cleared upon checkout. Our Park Hill location provides easy access to public transit with direct lines to Anschutz Medical Center, National Jewish Health, Union Station, and other key destinations. Alternatively, use Uber/Lyft or rent an electric scooter or bike to explore the city. Enjoy quick access to Red Rocks, Dick's Sporting Goods Park, Empower Field, Boulder, Fort Collins, the Colorado mountains and skiing, hiking, biking, and the University of Colorado and University of Denver. Great property and Host!

My daughter and her friend stayed at this property and had nothing but great things to say about their stay! The location was awesome; the host was attentive and checked on them regularly, thank you, and the value was excellent! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a reasonably priced VRBO in a great location with a wonderful host!

We have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Quiet, comfortable, clean and a charming neighborhood to explore while in Denver. Carrie was great, good communication but gave us privacy despite how close the carriage house is to the main property. Lot’s of attention to detail inside and out. Would highly recommend this property.

We loved staying here! It was clean and cozy. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They provided every appliance you could think of, and even though we only used the microwave, it was nice knowing that we could’ve cooked if we wanted to. They also provided toiletries and some snacks. It was very secure and in a great neighborhood. We were nearby anywhere we wanted to go in Denver. We traveled for a concert at Ball Arena and were about 20 minutes from there. We would definitely stay again!!

Great Location. Great Property.

The carrage house is well kept and stocked with ammenities. The location is very convienient if you want to go to the cityor the mountians. Carrie is a great host and checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything. You will not be sorry if you rent this property. We will definitely check if the property is available the next time we visit Denver.

Amazing Denver experience

This place was in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of places within walking distance. It was super easy to get to downtown Denver as well. The place had everything we needed and was very clean. It was perfect for me and my wife!

Park Hill cottage

My wife and I had an enjoyable stay. The cottage is spotless and well designed. The kitchen is well stocked with useful appliances, dishes, etc. and the bed is very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Perfect mom/daughter trip!

My daughter wanted to do a road trip with me so we planned our trip around a concert at Red Rocks. Carrie, our host, was so kind to share ideas for fun things to do. She knew we were going to Red Rocks so she gave us great tips and even let us borrow chairs to tailgate. The neighborhood was quiet and serene with lots of local restaurants within walking distance. The cottage was the perfect home base for our trip!

Lovely Place

This is a great place. The location, in Park Hill a few blocks from Spinelli's, is great. We we're here on a Friday and Saturday and it was very quiet at night. The bed and bedding are very comfortable. The tv tech was as good as, or better than, any hotel. And the little, private patio/garden area was great for our dog. We'll definitely stay here again.

Park Hill Hideout

Excellent small carriage house behind main house. Two floors, bedroom upstairs, private outdoor sitting area. It was perfect for a couple. Owners were very thoughtful regarding using the space and in leaving some snacks and basics. We hope to stay there again next time in Denver.

Lovely Home Away From Home

This charming Carriage House is nestled within a popular and beautifully established neighborhood of Parkhill. I use to live in this area for many years and really liked the location since it is so close to many fun and interesting places to visit like the Denver Zoo, museums, delicious food choices, Rockies MLB games or just pack a picnic basket and sit on a blanket in one of the quiet city parks.Carrie, the owner of the property, was wonderful, kind and very respectful of my privacy. I felt very safe having her there for anything I might need during my stay. Along with Carrie is her gorgeous and funny dog Whinny who is the sweetest bundle of excitement when meeting her. The property is dog friendly and I like that!The accommodations were clean and comfortable. A place for a single traveler or a couple. There is a private deck outside the front door that is oh so charming for coffee or meals anytime of day. I got lucky the week I was there with the weather so I could enjoy outdoor lounging.I am a fan of Carrie’s carriage house and will definitely ask to stay there when I’m in town again. Perfect week!

Adorable space in gorgeous neighborhood

The private outdoor patio really adds a great touch to this clean, tastefully decorated space. Carrie, the host, was very attentive or left us to ourselves - whatever we needed at the time. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful so walks were always interesting and felt very safe. Excellent places to eat were within walking distance. Things we should have known had we paid extra close attention: There is a private back entrance - we felt a little awkward walking past the owner's windows to get to the space (it is a converted garage) until we finally figured out that we could enter through the alley. It was in the directions, we just didn't read that closely. The kitchen is not equipped with a stove/oven. There is a toaster oven & a 1-burner portable induction cooktop. This is fine for simple cooking but if you plan to cook dinners that require multiple pots, this won't work for you. All-in-all, this is a gem for the price. We very much enjoyed out stay and would highly recommend to others.
