This is an ideal location for a person that is traveling alone or a couple. It’s very close to downtown and in walking distance to many places. The designated parking spot is ideal since it is located right next to the unit. The unit is well appointed with plenty of amenities to enjoy your visit. It is worth knowing that there is a staircase cut right into the floor of the living room. Something to consider if you’re traveling with small children.

Excellent location
Very cute carriage house, though hard to find from the GPS which only sometimes accurately guided us to the street; I recommend adding some more directions to the check in! Great location and walkable to the botanical gardens.

Cozy little apartment
This little place is so cute! Great little neighborhood. Pretty walkable. Definitely can’t fit more than 2 people. Would stay again :) go see the botanical gardens if you stay here!!!

Great Location!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Denver in this carriage house. The unit was exactly as advertised and was a wonderful place to stay. We loved how close we were to the Botanic Garden, Zoo, giant park and tons of places to eat and hang. We walked everywhere! We will definitely stay here next time we are in Denver.

Bed sheets not nee or clean. Battery operated door lock used up power before it was due. The owner was on site and gave us a key Fire alarms not operational contacted caretaker on several occasions With photos.

We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify a few points. Regarding the sheets: when this was brought to our attention, we immediately offered to send our cleaners back to replace them, but you had declined.
The door lock batteries were brand new and replaced four days prior to your arrival. While they should not have depleted so quickly, we took the concern seriously and offered you the lockbox code just in case. We are also working on a long-term solution to prevent this from happening again.
We would also like to note that no issues regarding the fire alarms were reported to us during the stay. We take the safety of our guests very seriously and fire alarms are inspected regularly as part of our standard safety checks.
We're very sorry for the some of the issues you encountered during your stay. We take your feedback seriously and these items will be/have been addressed for future guests.

Excellent location!
Thank you for a great stay! As a FYI for future guests, the electronic keypad is located on the handle of the physical door to the unit. There is a key box and an electronic keypad on the garage, both are not associated with the rental but are much more visually obvious.

Perfect place for my stay
This property was perfect for my stay. It was very clean and a great location. I read reviews so I knew finding the exact location may be difficult. The listing should state that you need to access the unit from the alley behind the house. Will book again.

Between Race and Vine
We hope to stay there again during our next visit with our son. Great location for us with respect to his apartment and work locations. Works ok for 3 adults, perfect for 2. Very easy experience in renting this very nice property.
