I have stayed at this set of condos several times. You cannot beat the privy of the area, and the access to amenities near by. The property was wonderful and well-maintained and Norma Jean was a great resource as usual.

Property is as advertise communication with Norma was outstanding and making sure we were comfortable during our stay. Could easily walk to places to eat.

On Beach Time Says It All!

First off, beachfront with an incredible front row of the Gulf. Easy and I mean super easy access from the property to the private beach. The beach is just what you expect: clean, clear water and white sand. There is a company on the private side that rents out chairs, umbrellas and other beach necessities (talk to Morales). Crashing waves on a beautiful beach - wow, put yourself "on beach time" immediately! The condo: super spacious and very modern, plenty of room to spread out, rooms are very sizeable. Large kitchen with lots of room to cook, serve food and very nice over the top appliances. Large dining area table bar seating at kitchen island. Common area is large which over looks the Gulf. Plenty of ways to watch TV. Internet is fast. Bathrooms are spacious. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer included and this was a big win for our family to pack light and do a load or two of laundry. Outside the condo door is a large wooden bin with shared beach gear like masks, boogie boards, sand toys - nice touch. On the 30 A side of the condo, there are plenty of places to eat, dine, shop etc. All within walking distance. Both Publix and Walmart deliver as well (for groceries). Norma, the property manager, sends you all you need to know, very detail oriented. I texted her a few times with random questions and she texted right back within minutes. So do not be afraid to ask her questions! I am a pretty high maintenance customer / traveler and I have zero complaints or suggestions. I would come back to this property next week if I did not have to work! Cannot wait to get back on beach time soon!
