Imagine a new and modern house, carefully designed to offer maximum comfort and fun for you and your family.

With six spacious bedrooms and five elegant bathrooms, this home is perfect for accommodating up to 16 people: 12 in comfortable beds and 4 more in cozy sofa beds.

For the kids (or not lol), two charming themed rooms await: one dedicated to Mickey Mouse and another to the magical world of Harry Potter! All bedrooms are equipped with TVs, ensuring entertainment for everyone.

The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals with the whole family. The living room is incredibly cozy, a perfect place to relax after a day full of activities.

For moments of fun, the house features a complete game room where everyone can entertain themselves with arcades, a PlayStation 5, and much more. And for those who prefer a more relaxing experience, there is a private cinema, perfect for watching movies in great style.

Outside, a large pool/spa, which can be heated for a fee, guarantees fun for all.
There is also a barbecue grill (which can be used for a fee - we provide the empty propane tank, feel free to refill it) for delicious cookouts and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the weather.

Located in the renowned Champions Gate resort, this house offers a super convenient location, providing easy access to all the resort`s amenities and local attractions.

We offer free parking at the house. :)
The driveway accommodates up to 2 vehicles. Additionally, there is a community parking area located close to the home that can accommodate 7 extra vehicles and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that all vehicles must be registered with the resort’s main gate prior to arrival. Vehicles that are not registered will not be allowed to enter the resort.

The resort permits a maximum of 6 registered vehicles per reservation, regardless of where they are parked (driveway or overflow parking area). Therefore, no more than 6 vehicles can access the resort during your stay.
House rules:
By making your reservation, you agree to all of our rules:

- Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 08:00am.
- You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
- Pets are not allowed on our property, if someone comes to break this rule, we will have a fine of $500.00.
- We will also apply a fine ($1,000.00) if we fail to comply with the NO SMOKING rule on our property.
- Parties are strictly prohibited. If guests have a party or other event, guests will charged $800 and removed from the property no refund.
- Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF.
It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children`s actions AT ALL TIMES.
- No food or drink allowed in the bedrooms, game room, or pool/spa.
- There will be a $12.00 fee for any damaged towel.
- We offer a BBQ grill and propane gas tank EMPTY (Feel free to refuel)
If used, we have a $35.00 cleaning fee.
- We offer pool/spa heating for an additional $55 per night (it has to be for the entire stay).

- Pool cleaning is done weekly by a professional company for your comfort. In rare events, they have to go more than once. If you are in the pool when they come, you will have to come out so they can perform their work. I hope you understand.
- Check-out is at 10 am.
Any late check-out after 10:01 am will be charged a fee of $ 100.00.
If the guest exceeds 11:00 am without permission, an additional fine of $200.00 per hour will be applied to the guest.
** Any minute exceeded, the total hourly rate will be charged.
Sorry about that, but we need enough time to prepare the house for our next guests.
