Welcome to this beautiful and spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home located in the prestigious Bella Vida Resort, just minutes away from Disney, shopping, restaurants, and all major Orlando attractions.

This home is perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a relaxing vacation experience.

The space
First floor:
1 queen suite (shared bathroom)

Second floor:
1 king bed / master suite

POOL HEATER: The pool heat is not working.

BBQ Grill is available to use for a $65 fee, the guest is responsible to refill the tank if needed.

Starter kit :

• 1 kit with soap and shampoo (hotel size) in each bathroom.
• 1 toilet paper in each bathroom.
• 1 dish soap.
• 1 paper towel.
• 1 trash bag.
• 1 sponge
• 2 dishwasher pod

Please be prepared to stop by a supermarket to buy extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, salt + pepper + sugar, and laundry detergent if you want to wash towels or clothes during your stay.

We don't provide washcloths.

Excellent rental property. The home was spacious, very comfortable. The host was on point in our communications. The location of the home has many nearby restaurants and easy access to many vacation locations, yet distanced enough from the heavily trafficked tourist spots to provide you with a restful experience. Would love to revisit in the future!

The house was huge, beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable, but could have used more pillows. The host communicated promptly and we had a great stay. We would stay here again.

The house was beautifully decorated, there was plenty of space for family. We didn’t spend much time in the house- it was just our overnights bc we were exploring the amusement parks. There are a lot of rules but it’s reasonable considering the damages left by other guests. The air hockey table doesn’t have a plug-in so don’t expect to use it. I did try contacting the host by message and phone and haven’t heard back yet.. we were unsure what to do with leftover cleaning supplies and un-opened food items.

The house was clean and comfortable. Great view! The first day we arrive the jacuzzi wasn't working the pool was not as clean. The pool guy came the following day to fix it and clean the pool and the water looked much better which was fine. The only thing I didn't like was that the host charging me a 250 cleaning fee and then sends me all these house rules that I'm suppose to take the trash out, take the linen off the bed and load them in the washer etc... I did none of it because that's what the 250 is for. Ma'am I came on vacation not to work. If wanted to do laundry I would've stayed home. I madeyour house was left decent so that shouldn't be a problem. Thanks though. :)

We knew the jacuzzi and pool heat was not working when we booked. We were not prepared for:Dirty dressing table topDoors with broken panelsNo plug for the kitchen sinkMould in the main bedroom en-suite (this was cleaned after we reported it). Curtains that couldn’t be moved without breaking the curtain poleA blocked sink that regurgitated waste. Someone had previously put a sink down the waste pipe and it took the maintenance man three attempts to remove it all. Lights that did not workDecoration that had last been touched-up when the Villa was built Trash that was not collected ( the management agency actually told us to contact the local waste management people ourselves)A general lack of kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and mugs (although 6 glasses were brought after we asked)No change of bed linens at all. We had to wash and dry the bed linens ourselves on the same day. Ridiculous. No pool skimming net Obnoxious Management Staff that did not pass on the right messages to the maintenance man. A great maintenance man, although he struggled to speak English. Overall, 2 stars is probably 2 too many. Would I go back? NO. Would I use that Management Company again? NEVER.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the property did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to provide some important context for future guests. As acknowledged in your review, the pool and jacuzzi heating situation was disclosed prior to booking. Throughout your stay, we remained responsive to your concerns and sent our maintenance team to the property multiple times — more than six visits — to address the issues you reported. We also provided additional household items whenever requested. Regarding linens and housekeeping, mid-stay cleaning and laundry service are not included with the reservation. The property is professionally cleaned and prepared before each guest’s arrival, but guests are responsible for laundering their personal linens during an extended stay unless an additional housekeeping service has been arranged. We made every reasonable effort to assist throughout the stay, including repeated maintenance visits and providing additional requested items. We respect that the experience did not meet your expectations, but we believe it is important for future guests to understand what is included with the reservation and to review the listing details and amenities prior to booking

The place is very spacious and has a bathroom in each room. The check in process was a little frustrating. The address listed took you to the back gate. It would be helpful if the gate address was listed instead of just the house address. We reached out with no response when we had trouble finding the gate. There are a lot of rules for this home once you book the property so beware. Like i stated, A LOT of rules. Overall, this is a very nice home and the beds are very comfortable. Lots of room as stated. However, the couch is not comfortable and should be replaced. It would also be helpful if the check out was later than 10 AM. I did not like that threat of being charged 50 plus if you are 10 minutes late checking out.

This place needs a deep cleaning, pool was dirty and furniture is old in the living room and game room. The back porch needs pressure washing. The pool was not working right and when asked about it I got no response when I asked, when was the last time the pool was cleaned. I found a roach in the kitchen. For all the rules they have, they should deep clean, paint the walls and the back door. Once I asked about the pool, I woke up the next day to them towing my car and it was not even an inch on the sidewalk, which was not right. I will never stay here again. This place should be off the market until updated. The bedroom upstairs was great that was a positive thing about this place. They also need to spray for ants!!! Water doesn’t get hot. 1/10! Good luck to the next vacation renters!!!
