No pets .The owners looked for a long time to find this gem! Tired of renting cookie cutter houses in Florida? This house has a sprawling layout/floor plan with plenty of room to spread out with over 2000 square feet of living space.
This is a beautifully updated 70's Bungalow on the Golf Course with 3 King Bedrooms. 4 new large screen smart TV's with REAL COMCAST CABLE TV/INTERNET! NO ROKU! Actually watch Live TV with all the bells and whistles Xfinity- On Demand/ComCast offers. On Demand Movies paid separately.
One large living room with pull out sofa, and one extra large gorgeous SUN ROOM overlooking the golf course.
The sparkling pool is private and heated. During Fall, Winter & Spring season pool heating will be billed separately.
This home is located directly on the Hills Golf Course in Rotonda, with the club house 2 blocks away. Golf Fees are minimal, anyone can play, no membership needed! The club house also offers breakfast and dinners, open to the public. You can check their menu out online.
Gorgeous Boca Grande Beaches are just 5 miles away, Manasota Key is a 10-15 minute drive.
The property manager is a licensed Professional Vacation Rental cleaner; this house is spotless and well appointed.
Publix Plaza ,Cape Haze Tavern, Rotonda V Restaurant and other eateries are just around the corner.

We would return. We were quite impressed. Very comfortable and nice. We appreciated the great space. Wonderful pool area and kitchen. Communications with hostess were great. Wish it was self-check-in. We didn't get to swim so didn't ask for pool to be heated. Listing needed to be updated to read accurately, but logic told me three king beds probably wouldn't fit in one room.

Great location. Home was very spacious and well stocked with towels and linens. Plenty of kitchen and paper supplies if you choose to prepare your own meals rather than going out. Tara the owner was very responsive and frequently checked in to make sure all was well

Really Nice clean house with a lot of extra things like beach cups, extra towels, extra toothbrushes, soaps. Toilet paper. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking purposes, and even condiments in the refrigerator, was awesome, the house is very clean and detailed with notes around. She even gave us a little extra time as we were running a little late on checkout. Thank you for opening your home to us

Amazing Getaway

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Everything was simple from beginning to end. The house is beautiful and accommodated me and my large family perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet, stores close by and the beach is right down the road!! I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Nice property in a quiet area. House had all needed amenities plus some. Nice pool and large living space. My family enjoyed our stay. Not far from anything you could possibly need and wonderful beach areas.

Fun getaway!

We had an amazing time. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, the location was close to SO many beaches, and the owner was very responsive. The property had everything we needed, with tons of space. We had some great nearby excursions-our favorites were Boca Grande and Captain Blake’s custom EcoTour. We had a great time and we will hopefully be back again!

Dream comes to reality!

I took my son and nephew on a long overdue fishing trip. This property was spectacular! Tara was a great host. The home had everything...bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, etc. were all well-equipped and nicer than my own home. Again, more TV's with more channels than my home. The pool was a bonus. I thought the property was fairly priced. The location was convenient to numerous restaurants, beaches, and fishing docks. Don't hesitate to use this property.Tara, thanks for being part of a dream come true. At 74 years old, I always wanted to take my 56 year old son and 46 year old nephew tarpon fishing. It may well be my last trip with these guys, but it happened thanks to the use of your property.Love ya Lady!

Lovely Stay in Rotonda West

Great property- we especially enjoyed the pool area and viewing the sunset from thereWell stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. In the area try Coffee & Friends for breakfast, Sassy tarts for baked goods, Placida Fish market for fresh seafood, Englewood farmers market for fresh produce And don’t forget to visit Gasparilla Island - the sun always seems to shine thereWe will be back!

The home was fully equipped with everything you could imagine. The layout of house worked perfectly for us. We enjoyed the pool area the most. It was so relaxing!!! Very clean! Close to Publix and Detwiler’s Farm Market. I highly recommend this home!❀

Everything you need for a perfect stay

I needed to stay in Rotunda for a family funeral and found this lovely gem at a great price. It was only 2 of us but there was plenty of room for a family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and more. There was even a blender with glasses for happy hour. The pool was perfect and enjoyed no neighbors to the side or behind the property. Sleeping was very quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Englewood Business trip

We are doing some work in the area and wanted to stay in a house as opposed to a hotel. It was an excellent choice as the place was clean and the host has been extremely easy to work with. Nice to take a swim after a long day at work
