Welcome to our beautifully renovated 1930s bungalow! Located in the heart of Columbia, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a stylish, comfortable stay close to USC, downtown, and Fort Jackson. Whether you’re visiting for a football game, graduation, or weekend getaway, this fully equipped home is your perfect home away from home.

Sleeps up to 6 – Ideal for 2 couples or a family! The house features 2 king bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additionally, the house has two full bathrooms to complement its two bedrooms—an uncommon feature in historic Columbia. Unwind with a soak in the clawfoot tub in the front bathroom or enjoy a refreshing stand-up shower in the back bathroom.

The living room is perfect for unwinding with a sofa, two recliners and a Smart TV. Both bedrooms are also equipped with Smart TVs.

Step out to the inviting outdoor spaces! The front screened porch features two cozy rocking chairs, perfect for unwinding. In the backyard, you’ll find a classic picnic table and a Weber gas grill for al fresco dining. Kick back with your group in the seating surrounding the fire —ideal for evenings with friends or quiet moments on the nearby benches.

Parking is convenient with enough space for 4 cars on the property—two in the front parking area and two in the side yard.

Adorable Home

An adorable, nicely furnished home within about a mile of the main downtown area. Home has all the necessary items and equipment for a wonderful stay and some very nice additional amenities on the screened front porch and within the backyard. The hostess is also very quick to respond to any requests. She has provided everything for you to have an excellent experience.
