Welcome to our beautifully renovated 1930s bungalow! Located in the heart of Columbia, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a stylish, comfortable stay close to USC, downtown, and Fort Jackson. Whether youâre visiting for a football game, graduation, or weekend getaway, this fully equipped home is your perfect home away from home.
Sleeps up to 6 â Ideal for 2 couples or a family! The house features 2 king bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additionally, the house has two full bathrooms to complement its two bedroomsâan uncommon feature in historic Columbia. Unwind with a soak in the clawfoot tub in the front bathroom or enjoy a refreshing stand-up shower in the back bathroom.
The living room is perfect for unwinding with a sofa, two recliners and a Smart TV. Both bedrooms are also equipped with Smart TVs.
Step out to the inviting outdoor spaces! The front screened porch features two cozy rocking chairs, perfect for unwinding. In the backyard, youâll find a classic picnic table for al fresco dining, along with a fire pit areaâideal for evenings with friends or quiet moments on the nearby benches.
Parking is convenient with enough space for 4 cars on the propertyâtwo in the front parking area and two in the side yard.
