We are extremely passionate hosts!

Discover the perfect Hawaiian getaway in our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Located on the second floor, our unit offers stunning garden views with birds singing, partial ocean and pool views. With high ceilings, fans, and 2 portable ACs, the condo boasts excellent airflow. Enjoy lots of natural light, enhancing the airy & bright atmosphere. The comfortable lanai is equipped with a bar, making it the ideal spot to unwind.

Highly Recommend! Love this place!

The condo was super clean & well kept. It felt very welcoming. We loved our stay here. The host was very friendly and gave us the easiest and smoothest check in process. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

The place was great - everything seemed fresh and new. Great back porch, and it had everything we needed including some beach toys. The only issue we had was that the AC wasn't able to keep it as cool as we'd like.

Well Appointed!!

So many little perks and thoughtful additions to this rental. From the bar set up on the patio to the limitless coffee options in the kitchen, this is an excellent VRBO. It's central to all of the Waikaloa beaches (about 10-20min from all of them) but because of it's location up the slope it has a wonderful daily temperature. We'd return here every year if we could.

Comfortable and well-appointed townnhome

My wife, sons, and I recently came to the Big Island for a wedding and enjoyed our stay. Everything in the condo feels new and comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed, the rooms are spacious and there's a nice outdoor space for meals or drinks. Lola is an attentive host who made everything very easy. Highly recommend.

A Perfect Stay for a Special Trip

We had the most incredible stay at Lola and Vitaly’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and had such a peaceful, relaxing energy—it truly felt like a retreat.We came to the island for a very special occasion (a surprise proposal for my sister!), and having this home as our base made the experience even more memorable. It was the perfect place to unwind after our adventures around the island, and we loved spending time just enjoying the space together.Lola and Vitaly were thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely kind hosts. You can tell they put so much care and love into this home, and we’re so grateful we got to be a part of it.Mahalo again—we will absolutely be back!
