Downstairs fireplace does not function

You will enter the home on a paved driveway, you can drive around the pool area to the garage doors for parking. You can also fit 2-3 vehicles on the other side of the pool. Please do not block the public access drive to the water.

You will be able to use the 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards and take them to the water at the home. The home is on the Boiling Fork Creek inlet waters to Tims Ford Lake. You will not be able to access the water if their is heavy rainfall in the area as the inlet waters will swell and the current will be too strong to kayak or use the paddleboards.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Winchester, TN just minutes to downtown and Twin Creeks Marina
